  For passport renewal, the courier and sms services are optional. Despite that they just add these services to your bill which costs around 47 riyals. we need to ask them specifically to remove this service otherwise its added to your bill by them without your consent. the irony is even if you pay the sms service, still you don't receive any sms notification.

  Mixed review! I gave 3 stars for passport processing time and behavior of the agent but zero stars for long queues for family and singles esp. in KSA summer heat and poor token system. I suggest they should have made it online token system and simplify the total process.

  Initially when they have started VFS global, it really helped people. But unfortunately now, it is almost like a traditional Indian government office where jobs are delayed with silly reasons and long hours of waiting despite you have appointment. And request to VFS - Kindly do not choose ARAMEX as it is worst courier service these days.
  Wish VFS rocks again as it was when it started with perfect customer service.

  They provide commendable and fast service. Especially the indian guy for accepting passport application and the saudi guy for checking the application are really helpful and has true positive attitude. The only issue was the indian guy who sits in the corner for aid in filling and printing application forms. He is very arrogant and treats applicants with utmost negative attitude. Evethough all the other staff are truly helpful and positive, only this is an exception with a utter negative and aggressive attitude.

  Staff is cooperative. I had to renew my passport and they guided me throughout the process and even followed up on my behalf.
  Excellent guidance and knowledge they have.
  For appointments also, during COVID you can visit without having once and they will accommodate you and process with your application.

  Indians can avail services for passport and visa, see ramadan timings below, during Ramadan 2018 Thursday and friday holiday, passport,visa submission DURING RAMDAN 1000AM TO 0100PM Passport, visa collection 0200PM TO 0400PM

  Good passport and visa service. Indians don't need to travel to Dammam and Riyadh for passport services.
