Poor service at DOZN Electronics Centre. I purchased VR glasses and noticed an issue with the right lens. During servicing, they claimed there were significant scratches on both lenses despite the defect being manufacturing-related. Their handling was unprofessional, placing the glasses in a plastic bag, causing further damage. They refused to take responsibility for their mistakes and blamed me instead. Very disappointing experience; I won’t be dealing with them again.
They didn’t even fix my camera which was under warranty. They said it was fixed while the problem remains. They didn’t even send me a report of what was the problem because they had no clue
the staff are friendly but not accommodating when i ask a favor to use the toilet just to pee. myabe becoz of policy

Came here one month ago to replace my PS5 Controller.
It’s took 4 business days to get it fixed.
I have great experience in sony service center,, the guy who is present on reception named Abdullah alenzi is a great man, he is the man who is perfect is in his work, i have two headphones with issues and he treat me very kindly and gently and solved my problem in just a few minutes,, great employes you have just like him ❤️

They cannot evaluate / assess my issue in my Sony lens which is still under warranty. They refused to fix it.
Also, they asked me to pay 600 sar to send it to Dubai for assessment. After that they will share the fixing cost.
I did not feel the value of paying more money to purshase from Sony itself while they don't have the after sale service.
They don't have employees who can fix photography issues.

It's very bad experience about all sony devices. I purchase Bluetooth headphone from sony center they give me 3 months warranty. When i want to claim warranty after 1 month seller said visit maintenance office exit 9.maintenace office said warranty only 7 days already finished. I wasted 100sr. Plz don't purchase any of sony item's
Very bad service .cant get details about spare parts over the phone.All the way from far I have to travel to check the availability of the spare parts and order the board and again have to go pick up.Spending time and taxi fare for nothing.Hereafter I wont buy any Sony products.will buy Samsung onkl

I went to just change my xperia z1 compact power button which was not working properly. I showed to one of the guys at the service centre but he insisted to change complete mother board which will cost 1400 riyals. Really brainless the phone was 1530 i purchased from batha. Then he insisted me to go to another shop nearby. Those people told to keep the phone here & co.e tommorow. I was frustrated by these SONY SERVICE MANAGEMENT. Really its agows that sony is not interested in middle east region. I switched to samsung j7 & man this is the best phone i had.
My device was opening the Bluetooth spontaneously with video for advertising working alone and this finished the battery rapidly. They said after inspection it is a hardware problem and you should go to the next shop after us they can solve this hardware problem. I went to a shop after them and they kept the Sony mobile with them and after inspection they asked for 360 SAR TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM. I refused and after I returned to my home with my device I made a search on the internet and I found the solution in YouTube. There is a specific code to stop this problem
My experience with the staff were great but the call center is not good enough to represent a large company as Sony.

I have warranty and they asked for 370 riyal to fix the ps4 I asked why they said because u have warranty it's 370 if u don't have its 950 😑😑 the hdmi socket is broken I would go to batha to fix it with much lower price I don't know the use of the warranty if they don't fix.
My phone screen was showing on the half side only. I went there Sunday morning there was not much que. The guy took my phone and submit it. After one day I got my phone back with new screen and casing with no cost. It was all damaged on the corners. Thank you Sony for the service. My phone is new again. :)
Repairing cost almost like buying a new, they take too much time more than a week (i repaired my phone in Morsalat in 1 hour only). Unfriendly faces.
this place is not suggestible for non warranty phones, better to service from outside, because customer representative at this place are very irresponsible
I was horrified when looking at the previous reviews and assumed that I would not be able to get my 1 week old PS4 Pro fixed or any kind of help. However, I have been pleasantly surprised and the guy that served me was helpful and knew what was wrong with the equipment straight away. I did talk to him about my surprise that with a company as large and well known as Sony, in a city of about 6 million people and approx 100,000 PS4s in circulation that they only have the 1 slightly scruffy little service centre. He shrugged and shook his head in disbelief as well. Obviously someone in charge is completely oblivious or disinterested in the missed business that must be sliding through their fingers. Anyway, I'm happy so far today and will be very pleased when the PS4 Pro comes back in a couple of days time, doing what it is meant to do.

They should open on Saturday. All the people are off on Saturday and this is only the day that they can easily visit the center.
