  Worse Sephora ever. Asked for a service the sale person said I’m not responsible for this counter and I can’t open the drawer!!!! Well great job making a sale this morning. Staff needs training for sure....

  جميل ولكن مشكلته وحده العوائل .. حبيت اشتري هديه بنفسي لكن للاسف ماقدرت بسبب انه عوائل فقط لكن القسم الرجالي كويس .. غالي حبتين لكن اهم شي الاصلي ^^

  Sephora Saudi Arabia does NOT meet half of the international sephora standards , the shop is so messy , the customer service is extremely bad , and NO free samples are given like ever ! Also, the award cards program is not what it seems . So disappointing 👎🏻 سيفورا المملكة لا يرتقي لمعايير سيفورا العالمية بالخدمة . فالمحل غاية في الفوضي و خدمة العملاء سيئة . و برنامج النقاط ليس ما يبدو عليه . بالاضافة لعدم اعطاء اي عينات للتجربة مثل سيفورا في الخارج . جدا مخيب للظن.
