  I've been dealing with this branch for a year now and I might say they are doing their best in what they do. Yes, it is the usual hit or miss type of package pick up but none the less still good. I have no issues with package pick up since my online tracker is updating from time to time and sometimes it is the receivers fault of not checking the tracking of the package. For wasel deliveries (regular postal packages), you should wait for at least 1-4 days before you receive a call from the delivery man regarding delivery (yes I am a registered wasel user).

  Service is okay, parcel picking up is from 8am -2pm, this brings inconvenience as working time is until 9pm.

  Saudi post is the worst postal service in the world. I've shipped over 30 packages, about half is lost. Delivery also takes longer than any other countries I have ever used.

  Yesterday I went here to get a parcel after the item departed from Dammam Saudi post. The Khobar Saudi post said, "for sure the item will deliver to your home on 18-May", i.e. Today... But until now, the item NOT yet received... (and the tracking disappeared appx after 3pm from the app '17track')
