Although they require you to write the addresses in English for sending packages, some employees themselves don't know English. I had to tell him what every letter was so he would enter it correctly. Also I was told the shipping fees for my package were 165 riyals but 2 minutes later it turned to 230 riyals for no apparent reason.

Receiving packages service is great but they need to work on the sending part.

Very good office of Saudi Post providing postal and parcel services.

Neat and clean office, polite staff and quick service.

Submit your tracking no on paper received in sms along code and u get ur parcel in minutes.
Option to pay online and pos terminals

The worst service. The staff is totally unprofessional. The token system is just for the sake of it as no one follows it.
Bring tea and sandwiches when coming so it is easy to spend time here.

my parcel came from 4 days and people are not able to trace where they have kept it. I was told by the employee they will call me and till now there is no call from them.
new info: if we cannot find, will pay you VAT. forget about the package. WOW!!!!!! the best service in the world

The worst service by far in any place in riyadh.. they are veryyyy slow, unorganized and very few counters working.. you can wait over an hour and a half and they will leave once prayer time comes without caring of people waiting inside.

Worst customer service experience
Just take your number and leave for few hours.
Literally I had to wait from 3.30 pm till 6:10 pm for my turn.
Overcapacity, slow, and no clean instructions.
Awful in every way.

The lost treasure, better you watch finding nemo, but don't try to find your package coz it will take for ever.
I entered the branch on 2016 to pick up a package and finished on 2017, it took me 2 hours waiting, then my turn came, then they said plz come tomorrow

They lost or stole my suitcase containing nine suits, a leather jacket and irreplaceable souvenirs from around the world. I instead received a package with dates and stinky herbal coffee. It is nearly impossible to contact them since I'm in America now.
