Best logistics service currently in Saudi Arabia. The staff was very friendly and supportive.
I took a package and they are systematic and the guard is accommodating and helpful.
Although they require you to write the addresses in English for sending packages, some employees themselves don't know English. I had to tell him what every letter was so he would enter it correctly. Also I was told the shipping fees for my package were 165 riyals but 2 minutes later it turned to 230 riyals for no apparent reason.
Receiving packages service is great but they need to work on the sending part.

The worst service by far in any place in riyadh.. they are veryyyy slow, unorganized and very few counters working.. you can wait over an hour and a half and they will leave once prayer time comes without caring of people waiting inside.

They lost or stole my suitcase containing nine suits, a leather jacket and irreplaceable souvenirs from around the world. I instead received a package with dates and stinky herbal coffee. It is nearly impossible to contact them since I'm in America now.
