My experience with this agency is not positive unfortunately. As I travel frequently and also arrange for people traveling, they employees I tried to work with weren't professional at all. They never were up to their words. They don't answer calls and promise to do things and don't.

أسوأ شركة تم التعامل معها ، لا يتم الرد على هواتفهم ولا ايميلاتهم ، والأشخاص العاملين بها غير مبالين بعملائهم ، وانا لدي مبلغ كبير متبقي لهذه الشركة لها قرابة أكثر من عامين ويتم الآن التواصل مع محامي قانوني تمهيدا للبدء في اجراءات رفع دعوى لحفظ حقوقي المادية والقانونية والمعنوي.
