  The emergency department is very bad. The staffs doesn't have that experience, if you have an emergency don't go there because it will be a waste of time.

  Burning on fever doctor in front of me comfortably chatting smiling, nurse shouted from the middle of hall Dr baby surgery no response, she came to him called him by name and repeated baby surgery he didn't pay 0 attention nurse looked at a guy that is probably male nurse they looked at each other 0 attention from the doctor. In a very good mood Dr continue his conversation, she is waiting next to him. She leaves and he stay where he is another 5 mins. Afterwards he is leaving to the office next to waiting area and stayed there for about 10 mins, she came back found him and he finally leaves with her giving her bad looks. Where did disappear Dr that was in so good mood upset because he had patients waiting, all of us okay but common sense little baby in emergency needing surgery could any chit chat be more important?????

  Dentist Dr. Hady is very excellent dentist I ever met in Saudi. He is very professional and we'll experienced in treating his patient.
  
  He extracted my tooth and you will not believe I did not get any pain at all. I recommend to anyone to visit Dr. Hady if you need dental check up.
  
  SGH is very lucky to have Dr. Hady with them.

  Worst service ever. No management. We waited two hours and they could not manage their time well.
  
  Receptionists said you were next, you were next and so on.
  
  It is not acceptable to wait for this time and staff couldn’t justify that !!!!!!
  
  This happened from now in the kids section.
  
  Regardless of the above, the doctor is so nice & professional.

  I was treated so well by the doctors there. Every thing smooth & efficient, helpful staff, clean hospital. They even gave me coffee & cake 😆

  This hospital has greatest services ever, good cleaning in the whole hospital and the staff is very cooperative and especially in the dialysis unit there are so good services & staff behaviour is great. ..

  My mother had treatment here for 6-7 years the staff is good cleanliness is perfect but the only issue with it is long waiting lines

  Crowded, don't expect to see Germane doctors. Bad service after 8:00 PM. Poor quality in the reception office. I can name long list of negatives!!
