  Last April 24 2019, i went there to ride a bus going to Dammam, while waiting fot the 6am ride, i bought 1 bottle of water and a bread at the store in front of the departure gate in the middle named "buffet".
  
  I want to know who's in charge of the store around 4am to 6am, He offered me a chocolate, delighted and thankful. if you know who is he, pls let me know.thank you :)

  A Airport like Terminal for A Bus.. Yes. You heard it right. This SAPTCO bus terminal in Riyadh is almost the same to an airport. Departure/Arrival gates. Boarding information screens. Shopping stores on th terminals.
  But the buses.. ghosh... Looks good but they aren't. Very congested buses. Though semi sleeper but the person sitting behind will not have enough leg space and will ask you to push back your seat. Very inconvenient and uncomfortable for long journeys.

  The guy in charge of printing a hard copy of my e-ticket made me make my 11am Riyadh to Dammam trip when it was already 11:05am. Big thanks to you. Terminal needs updating but can still do without. Same for the busses. E-booking is excellent. Just happy to see someone willing to go out of their way to help a passenger. So, 5/5.
