  I love this beautiful paradise, very good and well clean place, just please fix your old AC and water service, sometimes it stop, also change your plug socket with latest.. Building electrical need maintainance.

  Value to money is low. Services are not good enough. Available shore is very limited to narrow area.residence good but lacks all the facilities.

  The management of this resort should do renovation.
  It needs a lot of improvement, they have to upgrade there facility and amenities. Although price are a reasonable but place are not instagramable.

  Need A lot of renewals, The owner need to spend on it to be better, Bring your sleeping Blanket and headrest it's dirty, Prices is normal to High for the one room in front near the beach 300sar /Day for middile 2 rooms flat upper or lower 500sar /Day for the flat in the back 400sar /Day

  Yesterday was a very terrible experience when the guard not allowed my car to enter inside during check out, causing my 8 months pregnant wife together with my 2 year old son to walk from villa 43 near the beach to highway outside their compound. Very very disappointing!
  
  Take note! The guard came out and acting to choose a fight rather than apologizing when I told him “look my wife was pregnant and it’s not good to walk”. Very big-headed arrogant attitude!
  
  Addition: It needs renovation due to very old villa. They also need regular pest control, yesterday there was a lot of housefly maybe because all garbage pail outside each villa was full.

  The place is old but the price is nothing..it has women private pool and gym..the beach is so close and there's outside coffee shop which is really good and cheap
