Dr. Adel elsayed abdellateef refused to fully examine my son. Only checked his chest after I complained and told me to go to an ent if I wanted the ears checked. Receptionist acted dumb and was no help when I asked how can I complain.

Good Laboratory Services with Very Accomodating and well experienced Laboratory Technicians,they Have Soft hands that most of the Patients always comeback to make thier laboratory Test.Even they are Patients from other clinic or hospital,they will Look for Aqsa2 lab.Tech.coz they don't feel pain during blood extraction.

تجربتي مع قسم الأسنان(التقويم) للأمانة سيء جدًا جدًا ولا أنصح فيه أحد ، المستوصف أستغلالي وغالي جدًا ، النتائج اللي حصلت عليها بعد فترة العلاج الاسنان صار فيها فراغات والفك مايل بسبب الدكتورة (ليا) الفلبينية، دكتورة سيئة صراحةً ، والحين راح أبدء علاجي في مستشفى ثاني عشان احل مُشكلة الأسنان. 👎🏼👎🏼

سيء جداً
تعامل سيء واستهتار في وقت المواعيد!
تجين على الموعد عادي جداً تجلسين ثلاث ساعات تنتظرين مع ان الموعد مؤكد
يستقبلون اللي مادفع سعر الجلسة قبل اللي دافع بكج من اول "ماديين يبون زباين اكثر"
اذا انا دفعت بكج مقدماً المفروض لي الاولويه مو العكس
ايام الضغط والزحمه والاعياد مايعطونك موعد اذا انتي دافعه، يقولون لو بتدفعين نعطيك موعد اذا دافعه قبل لا!

Well qualified doctors and nurses they do care of patients and they do what patients really need so good service in less price. Good management they also support and coordinate with patient this medical center is worth to visit.
