  A very lovely place with a wonderful view of the Holy mosque and the Al Kaaba.
  Everything was well organised, clean, safe, efficient and overall very welcoming, It was wonderful staying at the Raffles Makkah Palace.

  Raffles, nice hotel overall , suits are beautiful but the rooms are quite nice and not big , and because its makka raffles it makes this hotel so special, location , service, food , the main issue is you need to change lifts to go to the hotel , alot of shops and convenient stores, staff are so nice and welcoming, I recommend this hotel for families and couples,

  Welcoming staff and sufficient services. Clean room and spacious junior suite, Food quality can be improved, yet very acceptable but prices are above average.

  The hotel location is great but unfortunately the staffs are so unprofessional and unethical especially the royal service and the DUTY MANAGER ( Abdulrahman Alhussieni ). The WORST experience I have ever seen. I don't recommend this hotel at all.

  I came for a short business trip, i can easily say that this is the best hotel experience in Mecca so far, very friendly staff, speedy check in, very clean rooms, spacious, very well maintained, view over Kaaba is unmatched, room service is incredibly fast to pick up the phone and to bring what ever you ask for!!! didn't have a single inconvenience.
