  One of the best veterinary service providers in the area . They are so professional fast acting and friendly staff .
  Their products are also good quality and they deal with many defrent kinds of animals.
  The price is good too .

  It's a good place But unfortunately the receptionist makes it an ugly place.. highly unprofessional guy who responds as if you are bothering him when you ask him a question. The doctor is the only good guy there and its high time they should start taking appointments... unfortunately they did not treat my bird as they don't do a very simple procedure for birds splay legs.

  I lost my 2 cats here. Both of them died. Never going again. All they want is your money .
  
  Dr Hisham present here is a very knowledgeable doctor and I know him since a year now. He knew my pet is going to die but still called me daily to get saline injections day and night.
  
  The cost which burns a hole in your pocket. All that treatment including x-ray and medicine with the injections cost me around SR 775 which was obviously pricy. I could've paid more than that if I cat survived after the treatment.
  
  DON'T GO AGAIN .

  The clinic has great staff, friendly and knowledgeable. Specially Dr. Abdullah Kamel, Dr. Islam and Vet assistant Mohammad. They are great people who truly care about pets.

  The place is well organized the staff are very kind and passionate with my two lovely pets Randi and Joy the doctor was very helpful he examined everything in both of them I will come to this place again and again
  I recommend it to all who live in Dammam.

  I took my 2 cats for shower only and they came back to me injured in the head and has a blood inside the ears both of them. I don't know what kind of shower it was that. Ver bad experience and services.

  I brought my bird to them because ge was sick and they said there was nothing wrong with him but he died the nexxt day

  We went up there to see if our bird was ok they told us that everything was fine with him but he needs some vitamins and on the next day we found the bird dead

  it is of no use to leave a phone number, if you guys cannot take a message nor reply to a question.
  better remove it, and save everybody's time !
  customers will not contact you for information, and your receptionist can stay home.

  this clinic is by far the best i have encountered in the eastern province.
  
  it's cleanliness is pristine and their medical equipment are up to date. they have just expanded to accommodate their already growing clientele. their services and products are better and more readily available than their competitors. and best of all, their chief veterinarian, dr hesham is the only vet i met who actually likes pets! he's dedicated, kind, and helpful.
  
  i do however have an issue with their increasing prices and lack of points or loyalty programmes. and they lack parking spaces and emergency services. they also do not have engraving tags or appointment system! ... otherwise, they are the current best. i strongly recommend dr hesham for any who seek excellent canine or feline services. the wait is long, but is certainly worth it.
