Very bad customer service, tried many times to call reception and customer service , they never bother themselves to answer a call.
Also, they gave me a non smoking room as per my request but unfortunately I couldn’t sleep at night, smoking was killing me. I called and after 15 Minutes approximately a man answered the phone and didn’t do anything and never heard from him or any apology at all. During check out als, the person didn’t bother himself to ask how was your stay. Honestly it was the worst every experience in jeddah. I don’t recommend it at all

Very modern architecture with extremely well designed rooms that allow maximum sunlight or total darkness based on your preferences. Very helpful staff and nice amenities are part of the experience. Their rooftop cafe is extra ordinary; it makes you feel like you are not in the country.

Decoration is well taken care of to look modern wooden but sofa and bed looks heavily used. I had had trouple contacting them to correct a reservation mistake before the reservation date. All extensions answered by voice mail and the reception either not answering or insisting that his job is to transfer me only. But when I get there they was very kind to serve me well.

The location is in the center of Jeddah. Easy to go everywhere from here. Big and clean room. The king bed is very comfortable and the water is very strong from the shower head (very important from my standard).

I spent one week, very good hotel located in the important road in Jeddah. Everything is nearby, airport, restaurants, telecommunications companies and etc. staff are very cooperative and helpful. I would suggest the improvements of the below points:
1- Increase the Breakfast varieties and the coffees.
2- Enhances the TV channels, especially the sports channels, I couldn't watch big european competitions.
3- The speed of the Internet was 2mb couldn't help me to do some work.
4- Consider the soundproof for the rooms, I could hear the noise from the walkway and the road.

With the above points, still excellent hotel and would stay at it again for sure.

Great room. No views. Friendly staff. Rooftop swimming pool & Jacuzzi. The sauna and steam room are ok but far and weirdly placed. Close to a mall and several restaurants

It's an awesome hotel of 14 floors in the famous Thahliya street. It's a world class hotel with expensive service but luxurious. Business people can definitely consider this for their stay in Jeddah since it is easily reachable from everywhere. Staffs are of international standards and very amiable. Will recommend it

VG hotel with nice room space and modern furniture . Next to many restaurants. In the heart of most active street in Jeddah. Anyhow, I ordered a smoking room but I didn't get it. It was disappointed. Many varieties for breakfast. They have a small playing room for children.

This international hotel indeed maintains its quality and standards as a novotel name but I really suggest tourists to go for other hotels like Elaf Galleria hotel or Assila hotel because these hotels provide the same 5 star luxury and best in class service with reasonable prices.
