  A good hospital also has outpatient pediatric block.A few medicines won't get which is not of part approved by your insurance company.

  The Reception is on Level 1. Which was not clear when we walked in. The receptionist was well mannered did not allow people to cut in the line. I have been told that that the pediatrician department is the best in Jeddah. People who give up with IMC and Dr. Fakeeh come here for their kids health care. My sister came in here for the OB/GYN Dr. Natasha. She has been told she is the best in Jeddah.
  
  The number system is a bit simple, you have drop of the payment/appointment slip at the Dr’s door for the nurse to pick up.

  There are not even single chance for the stuff to improve, lack of professionalism specially the receptionist, I feel sad for how become one of best hospitals like this.

  Really had a bad experience with New Jeddah Clinic insurance and emergency section. They give really a bad service worst than a polyclinic, in emergency there is a lady doctor looks like an Egyptian very bad attitude zero supportive also if you have source or wastah you get serve first in emergency…

  They provide nutrition, bedroom, and Doctors to treat you. The following is on you :
  
  1- Calling & guiding the nurses 100's of times almost for everything and of course for medics
  
  2- Medical Insurance approvals, calling the companies why my requests are pending, not approved...etc.
  
  3- Changing your blanket...etc.
  
  4- You cannot leave your family members to spend their day & night alone, someone has to be
  there for them even if you take a vacation or get some temporary house made
  
  5- Doctors always complain about their nurses, I can not imagine
  what you can do to make them do their job
  
  6- You can always count on the Arabic Speaking nurses, but the rest! Need your attention and unfortunately they lie too!
  
  7- They do not have a follow-up departments for everything! It is your job
  
  8- I have heard a rumor; the hospital does not have an owner; it is
  owned by many business companies... if you know what I mean

  جميع الأقسام والإدارات في المستشفى مع الأسف لا تتوفر لديهم قسم متابعة, ويشكل هذا خلل إداري مزمن في الآداء الذي يسهم في حرمان المرضى من العلاج أو تنويمهم أو حتى تلقي الرعاية الصحية اللازمة بالإضافة إلى عدم قدرتهم بتجديد أي تحليل أو تقرير طبي لأسباب واهية مما يتأتى على رفض التأمين الصحي لطلبات الموافق وقد تضطر إلى الدفع نقداً أو إخراج المريض عنوةً... والحمدلله على كل حال

  This is one of the good hospitals in Jeddah. They have good infrastructure and a big team of doctors and specialists. They also have visiting consultants usually available on Saturday Mornings. The hosptal ia well organized and well managed too.
  
  They have well equipped laboratories with qualified staff, they can perform some complicated and advanced tests too. The results of tests performed in their laboratories were accurate.
  
  The hospital visitors can avail of free car parking in a nearby open and secured parking area.
