  The only good thing about the hotel is the close location to masjid e nabwi. If you can live without wifi in your room, and no Air conditioning in the lobby and a rude manager who shouts and disrespects you, then this is the hotel for you! Also, the lifts stop at every floor for no reason and it is impossible to get lifts during salah time due to the rush. I experienced 2 power cuts whilst in the lift within 5 minutes, so that wasted a lot of my valuable time during ramadan. Also, if you live on the 14 th floor, good luck getting down to the reception and back up to your room - AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Also, the rooms are very small, my room has 5 beds and only one shower and not much space in the room and no microwave!

  The rooms are too compact.
  Lifts are in good number but the rush is enormous during the Salah times.

  Very close to the mosque, takes less than 5 minutes to walk over. Fairy clean and you'll get plenty of shops around you for food and clothes and other items.
  Rooms aren't too big but if you remember what you're here for, you wouldn't care.
  Elevators take some time, big queue and no lines.

  Casual place. Quite close to Masjid al Nabawi. Accessing elevator can be challenging during breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Rooms are nice.

  Near the masjide nabwi bt the service staff is pathetic nd services are not good. By 1 day of experience i can say they provide the worst wifi which can't even send msg nd staff is ill mannered
