  Never had a positive experience in all my visits or calls to their service center. Great cars but!!!!

  Should not be allowed too operate as an authorized BMW service facility. There parts are marked up 100% of normal service centers, they recommend replacement and inspections that aren't necessary, and they have an extreme lack of professionalism. You're better off taking your car to a low rent service center out in town. Will never go back
