The cleanliness of the room could have been better. I was surprised to find a small cock roach in the corner of the room. They should focus more on disinfecting.

The hotel is only 2 blocks away from Nabawi Mosque, or around 5 mins walk. The room was okay, the AC was really cold (satisfying) yet the bathroom was a bit narrow. They served Indonesian food, and the taste was okay.

This is my fourth stay at this hotel. Rooms already renovated. Rooms that i stay this time so small. Its in the corner. It seems like actually fit for 1 bed only but its filled with 2 beds on it. If you stay there, check the rooms first. Try to change the room if u get the small one. Meals are good. The restaurant manager very nice to the pilgrims. Problem with elevator coz it too small and limited. But this hotel very near to Masjid Nabawi. Book your room here and you wont regret it 😊

Worst experince. Check out with in 1 day. Only 3 small lifts with capacity of 4 person.and wait is almost 5 to 10 min for lift. And in my opinion it is 1 star. Not recomended to any

Decent hotel. Courteous staff. Amazing location, very close to Masjid Al-Nabwi. Offers good WiFi connection. Rooms are a little smaller compared to other hotels. Bathrooms in some of the rooms are a little cramped. Overall a pretty decent place especially because of its proximity to Masjid Al-Nabwi.

This place will let u feel rich 😂 and comfortable there's even room service and on the floor M there's varities of shops for shopping and there's even 4 elevators for the comfortability of people staying there also there's emergency staircase in the case of emergency but the price is little bit high for 1 day stay the cost is Sr 600. Hope you find this helpful.

beds are moderate and it can be messy. dont really recommend the elevators as they can get clogged with tons of people. but it is close to the mosque and in medina that really is all that matters
