  Staff at Billing counter in emergecy ward is to much rude and He directly refuse to conisder my medical insurence ..in hospitaly industry staff should be humble helpful and should not be discriminate wathere you from his country or not

  I had a worst experience. I went for my daughter has finger broken at the time of closing the door. Emergency ward nurses are very rude. Staffs are very rude. Zero hospitality. There is one nurse she said she will not give treatment. And she went somewhere. My daughter is crying lot. Don't prefer this hospital. Moreover don't visit for any emergency. They don't care about the patients. Finally we went another hospital. And she got a immediate treatment..

  My daughter had an emergency situation. Her baby finger has broken. The nurses don’t care about the emergency. Almost all nurses are arrogant and rude. They don’t understand the critical situation.
  Finally inside one doctor suggested me to go Dr. Sulaiman Al habib hospital. Immediately we went over there I got an immediate treatment. Alhamdullilah My daughter is fine now. Kindly don’t prefer this hospital for any emergencies. Worst service..This is my personal opinion.

  A huge hospital structures built for convenience accessibility and time saving purposes. Helpful staff. Clean organized depts. Staff are happy attentive and computerized record system. Great KSU medical city.

  One of the most famous and best hospitals specially for orthopedic specialist. I regularly visit it and every time I come I get the same amazing service .
  KSMC stands for King Saud Medical City which in my opinion the best medical city in Saudi Arabia and operates by the government under the ministry of health.
  They have professional Doctors and nurses who do their job the best way.

  One of the main government hospital in Riyadh city... Deal with most of emergency cases... Now recently they have upgraded it's buildings and equipment... For me there's one problem you might face in this hospital and that is bad behavior of the staff... Really the staff is too bad for such quality hospital...

  Old and traditional hospital
  I work their for 6 yr in pediatric hospital
  It was a nice experience and i miss all my colleagues doctors N neurse and staff

  It is like the trademark of this city in particular as well as the place, Shimesy. You tell someone where to go and just say the name of this hospital, they just know it. So, inside, it is all big and the campus has a lot of buildings. The treatment is neat, the people are adorable. It is just too good. There might be some complications for you, but from my point of view, it is nice and comfortable. The workers are also treated nice because my mom actually works as a nurse there for about 12 years.

  My former 2nd home in my 2 years of stay in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, King Saud Medical City - Pediatric Hospital. I miss my colleagues here and the doctors also were very nice. Inshaallah I'll come back :-)
