Parking is an crisis mode. Really i had to go around for over an hour.

Thanks aramco for leaving the hospital business. I wont even give one star before. All its problems will go away if the hospital leaves the camp all together; they are not allowed to build parking in an “industrial area”.

    ALWAYS congested.
The objective of primary care doctors is to prevent you from seeing a specialist, they consistently overstep their medical role and try to make you go away with the least financial impact on the hospital.

The nurse gave me drip while I was at the Emergency observation bed. When I checked the medicine from the drip is not going into my body but on the floor . On the 3 rd ring from my bed , a new nurse came in and fixed it . It is unacceptable. Very careless, irresponsible not a professional job. Shame on the hospital.

This is not the first time I take my child with the same signs and symptoms and no single general practitioner in the UCU can diagnose they all agree on one common diagnosis which is seasonal Viral infection 🤦🏼‍♂️,
Physicians who can’t diagnose illnesses should NEVER practice ethically

Hospital got all the looks .everyone well dressed up like they going to the mall. But when it comes for medical treatment and finding beds good luck at that. The best thing they do is calling your badge number correct and they make surd it has a western accent so u think they are so professional

The service is good but sometimes you need to wait even if you have a scheduled appointment, most of the staffs are friendly.

One of the best consultants in the eastern province. Nowadays really easy getting appointments and special diagnostic tests within 10-15 days. Friendly staff.

The hospital and staff are for the most stuff nice, but a lot of staff can't speak english well. Also the hospital is getting a bit TOO crowded, and it takes many hours of wait to get a simple check up.

    Update: 1 year later.
It is clear that ever since four hospital became privatized from SAMSO to John Hopkins it has become worse, although the new pharmacy centre was a great addition. But I am disappointed by the sharp and sudden rise in patients after John Hopkins came. That makes it very hard to schedule appointments and there are long waiting times. It has become rather cluttered and disorganized. It used to be just people from the Dhahran Aramco Campus. But after the privatization a lot more people started coming to the hospital. Thats not a problem, but John Hopkins should improve their services my expanding parking, reducing waiting times, organizing their hospital, improving appointments, getting better phone operators and AGAIN IMPROVE YOUR PARKING. SAMSO was still more organized, efficiently, and better overall. Even today I woke up early at 7am and couldn't get an appointment with my doctor on the same day. Why can't I schedule an appointment ahead of time? Everyday it's hard to get an appointment with my GP. Very dissatisfied.

Same drama today, even at 7am can't get appointment with my doctor. Saad Hospital seems like a great alternative. SAMSO was much better than JHAH who think they are a "world class" healthcare provider, even though you have to get appointments on the same day and it takes forever to get an appointment. Very poor planning and no care for all the patients complaining.

Great hospital over all, however for long term patients residing in the hospital, the level of care drops very noticeably, need more care from the doctors and the nurses.
