I can't can't explain my love for this Hospital. From employees to doctor there all of friendly and helpful.
Jeddah national hospital is a good hospital. The doctors are good also
For 10 minutes I am inside the doctor room and first somebody who is not in the queue entered and the doctor is taking care of him ignoring me.
Then he started with me but again a nurse came in with a file of an other patient and again he ignored me started to look after that patient case making calls.
For 20 minutes he just doing that for unscheduled case.
This is the first time I came here and the last.
My drivers wife was giving birth at this hospital and she was treated very poorly. When my driver was keeping company with the wife one of the nurses said "What are you doing? Leave her alone. She doesn't need any help." Even though it was important for the husband to be there. I was quite shocked how the nurses treated them both. After she gave birth one of the nurses said "Ugh, such a disgusting smell" even though she couldn't do anything about it. When the wife was dressing up the husband was assisting her and one of the nurses ONCE AGAIN SAID "She doesn't need any help, stop it". While the husband was waiting the nurse said "out of the way, man" and pushes my driver. If your wife is giving birth soon do not take her here unless you want to be treated like a mere object who is treated like trash. Wish I can send 0 stars instead. Never again visiting this dumpster of a hospital.
My wife delivered baby in the hospital forcefully with operation ,doctor was threatening us to go for C -section instead of at-least trying for normal delivery. We had no choice so agreed for operation whereas both two previous deliveries where normal. One of our bad experience with Dr Moises, old man is very arrogant and was not giving proper answers being a pediatrician he doesn't have min respect towards parents who will be much concerned about their new borns.
Philipino nurses were much professional and i appreciate Rachel in nursery who treat us very well.
Despite of being located in a good place, there are a lot of drawbacks about this place. Such as, the parking is a serious issue, the is hospital only accepts few medical insurance medical cards, he staff is not as effective and efficient but on top of this they behave rudely to the visitors. The consultations visit here could get quite expensive if there is an emergency because they don't accept the insurance cards of several companies, where as other hospitals, such as, Al Abeer accepts practically all the cards. My personal experiences hasn't been real good at this hospital at all.
My rating is for the outpatient block which is like the many Indian polyclinics in Jeddah. A bit overcrowded at times so patients have to wait a long time for their turn to meet the doctor.
They do have an inpatient block which seems to be quite well equipped.
Parking is usually quite difficult to find.
I waste my one hour only just take medicine from JNH farmacy it's too much disgusting and wrost service and management don't waste your time and visit any good hospital.
Unprofessional doctors swear they are illiterate I doubt they are certified even, I had one of the worse experience with doctor Vijay Mohan he is only a salesman marketing for other clinics and suggests me to go there without even checkup and Dr. Sukumar rude behavior and the way he addresses you pisses you off the most.... 😠😠😠😠😡😡
Dr. Indu is a very good doctor.
No answer on the hospital landline, very difficult to book an appointment over the phone.
Good hospital and good dr as well, but there is one gynecology dr that she is so rude to her patient
There are some Hard Working Staff,
The Head Nurses are efficient,
Just be Strong in asking the purpose of each test or Scan.
The service and professionality matches
The best hospitals in Jeddah,
It's not a five stars hospital. But one of the best medium hospital in the city.Specially for low class insurance card holders. They have very good medical staff and most of the facilities are on site.and also location is good. thank you so much..
Good Hospitals. Many Indian Doctors, well educated and sensible. Affordable price and is easily accessible location..!
This hospital is mostly visited by Asian nationalities , though Arab nationals are also seen here.
JNH has some good doctors for paediatrics and gynaecology. I have been visiting here since last 3-4 years and found them to be satisfactory. It is observed that JNH is keen on expanding their building infrastructure.
I have seen most of the staff are very supportive.
During peak times, it is a bit difficult to find a parking space for the vehicles.
A good quality medical service. Affordable for people who don't have insurance.
Unnecesserily give tests ... doing surgery just for money .. placing most of the new borns in nicu without proper reasons .. most docters are not experienced rude behaviour .. just focusing money ..
Good hospital. Specialized qualified doctors available. Facility isn't so great
Being an asian, it is very good hospital for me and my family. As I concerned with Pakistani & Indian doctors, both are professional and very experienced. My Bupa insurance also acceptable here with a seperate counter. Recomended 👍
Multi nationality doctors available to deal patients in their native language which ease patients to explain the exact health issues. All facilities available. Neat and clean. Dedicated Helping staff(guides) available. Cheap and accepting various health insurance cards
I'm giving poor rating For the very irresponsible Dr. Md Ali radialogist. He left for home without giving the X-Ray report though my son was in emergency at night. There were other patients too in emergency, for whom the first aid was delayed just due to non avalability of radialogy report. The hospital and the ministry should take strict action against him.
Best in Jeddah .. too much doctors and no for too much waiting...
Bupa card is receiving here...
Only one problem... Lab results received after 2 hours....
May Allah bless us all with good health. Incase if you need to visit for any medical reasons there are good doctors and very helpful staff.
very bad experience twice with Dr Archana - skin specialist. She's not fit to be a doctor, very rude and unprofessional. i doubt she's a doctor also she should be admitted in mental hospital. She doesn't know how to talk with patients an ablsoute pathetic doctor with no humanity. she is spoiling the reputation of JNH and they should take strict action against her.
