the only good thing about the hotel is shopping nearby and close to haram sharif about 15 mins walk. the hotel stay isn't that great. the staff are not helpful!! the food needs to be improved and fresh.. the rooms needs to be cleaner... because at one point i found roaches and bee in the room.had to change the room for 3 times. i wont recommend it to my friends or family to stay there. because there are other hotels that are even closer to haram sharif and they have greater service with that price!! so i would recommend please use your money wisely and think twice before you would choose to stay in "Infinity Hotel".

Nice place. Cleanliness and arrangements are reasonable. Service is good. Quite far from Hatam itself. You will need a taxi for Haram if not use to of long walks😊

Very nice hotel. Good facilities but it's far from Haram almost 1.5 kilometer and you have to exert a little as it's on a hill.

Lovely and easy access to and from Haram. Modern rooms. Buffet can be improved and the GM was working on this. Loved the massage chairs which provided relief for tired hajjis after Hajj and Umrah.

A very good hotel close to Al Masjid Al Haram in Makkah. The distance of the hotel would be around 350-400 meters (10 minutes of walk from the boundary of Al Masjid Al Haram). The ambiance of the hotel is also very good.

(Marvin) the housing keeper worker in this hotel has excellent service with excellent attitude very helpfull, polite and professional I would rate him 5 star worker. food is excellent. I recommend this hotel

I loved my stay here. The rooms were large and very clean as well as the toilet and shower. The room had air conditioning and a TV. The staff were always helpful and our room was cleaned whilst we were out every day. The free buffet breakfast was nice but could do with a more international variety.
