  The absence of an elevator is truly an inconvenience especially for elderly citizens and kids. The office is situated on the third floor and I have noticed many suffering due to this. Also the air and ventilation system is too inadequate arising questions about hygiene. There is no proper markings for a public toilet especially since so many hours of waiting is involved.

  My last application was so smooth. The staff were extremely professional and friendly. I was applying for a UK visa and it wad nice that the UK section was not crowded at all.

  The mentioned location was actually Indian visa office. VFS also written there but people who visit to avail vfs services for other countries not entertained at this place. VFS global office is at KFC side go to the covered open entrance for pedistrians in the same lane and you ll get the VFS Global door and office is at 2nd floor.

  I called Indian Visa Application Center which was managed by some Saudi lady I guess. I was very happy to see the way they are managing people with politeness and accurate information along with proper guidance for submitting visa and passports to this center. Really Thumbs Up.

  This office need hell of improvements. Starting from location, Security, Building management and behavior of almost every single employee working in the this office. I have not seen any service provided by this office as professional. Website is okay but if you call them to trace your application or passport you will get only one answer that the system is down. Next up waiting time while submitting your application or additional documents required by embassy. Biometrics and degital photo processing is the worst part since they only have Saudi national to serve you they don't have English language at all and nor they are capable of such kind of sensitive job especially ladies they only care about their makeup rather then your application. Location wise also one of the worst for such global chain always smelly. Security and employees eithcal level while dealing you is the worst as well. Dot ever user washroom as it is too much dirty smelly with slipry and wet floor. No tissue in the washroom and nor the hand shawer in appropriate in condition.

  Friendly staff.. bring your complete paperwork and forms, book an appointment. Arrive on time. You will complete your visit in no time. Which is 30 minutes average, but can be longer depending on the costumer before you.

  Poor professionalism, don’t know how to treat customer, some are sleepy with bad attitude. I recommend giving the staff some training courses on how to welcome customers and even talk to them especially since we are paying for this service. I didn’t receive any text message that I paid for 10 SAR till I have received my passport when I dropped in to check and left the country.

  They are quick to take your money BUT they offer zero customer service in return.
  
  If i could rate their service at a zero I would.
  
  1. The staff are rude and unhelpful.
  2. The management provided no assistance whatsoever and instead tried to downplay the customers concerns instead of addressing them.
  3. The process for receiving the passport needs to be more streamlined and their entire operation needs to join us in 2018, having to carry around paper receipts is absolute rubbish especially seeing as how they keep soft copies of all transactions they make making the receipt useless and unnecessary anyway.

  The supervisor Mr. Mohammad Masri was very professional and helpful. They need to improve their screeing process for appointments. For example people who already have done their finger prints recently should not go through the same process as people who didn't.

  Makes visa application child’s play.
  Very helpful staff with crystal clear communication and tested with time procedures.
  Tracking service provided with application is also very useful gives clear status of the application.
  The only problem is that they do not accept card payment and there is no ATM in the same building.

  You have to pay to schedule an appointment but when you arrive there they will give you a number and will be late!not enough seats a lot of people standing,not enough staff!

  Better than I expected. Having an appointment made the process really smooth. All I had to do is making sure that all my papers were completed and in order. VFS saves us the time and effort to go directly to the embassy especially with a full time job in Eastern Region.

  Good place to get your visa to the UK and Australia too. Helpful stuff. They don’t ask for photos for UK visa only you need to fill in the applications online, pay the fees and make an appointment, that’s all what you need.

  It is good as single location for all your visa needs. However, there is no clear direction from VFS side and there are no SMS notifications or status updates. Mostly the applicant needs to followup.

  Excellent service .I was worried as my wife's passport was having only one adjacent page for france Visa stamping.But vfs accepted the passport without hassle and stamped in mere 3 days.Awesome service.Impressed.

  The service is straight forward, you give your papers to the agent and then take photos and fingerprints. The decor and ambience is uncomfortable and there is no clear information about the fees. However, it gets the job done!
