  Bought some products online and paid for the delivery but items were never delivered nor we received any information whatsoever. Called customer service a few minutes ago and now I have to wait a few days until they know what the problem is. Classic customer experience!

  Its the best place for your Improvement needs. You can shop with ease because you can dine in and you can left your kids while you shop in their huge variety of furniture and home beautification needs. The food in their restaurant is great and not so expensive. Recommended to spend whole day during BIG SALE. :)

  It’s Ikea you will find what ever you want from the small pin to the largest closet, you and your family can have fun even if you are not willing to buy any this just spending time there is nice beside the other facility’s like play ground for kids and the restaurant ere you kind find a plenty kind of food and salads and beverages so many times at miring you will find the people are lining up waiting to open for there nice brake fast I believe it’s nice to spend some times there, beside all of that they hate friendly and helpful...

  It has a wide options of decorations and furnitures. And it’s somehow special kind of home store for how they give their customers a very detailed yet friendly instructions to how buildup their own purchase. The problem is when it gets crowded the stuffs that falls on the floor or get dirty they don’t get noticed by the coworkers there which makes it very uncomfortable and annoying experience to get the best of it.

  A very good store for household needs. All sections, including lighting, photo frames, kitchen, plants, kids, drawing-dining, bedroom, Home office, soft furnishings, etc. are well-stocked with diverse and quality stuff. A big warehouse in the end allows customers to access bigger furniture and even customize it according to their needs.

  Ikea, what you need for your house is there. Really good. However, once you're done paying for them, your on your own. How you would take them to your Car is up to you, but NO taking of the pushcarts. That means if you buy a big matress, wood for the table or anything else, that means carrying it from the door to the parking lot.

  I like IKEA products but I think in Saudi Arabia they charge more than what I would normally pay in the UK.
  
  They have a kids area where you can leave your children (between 3 to 7 / or within a certain height) for 1 hour for free. It's safe and secure.
  
  They have a decent restaurant with some good food. Refillable tea and coffee (machine based coffee).
  
  You can't take trolleys out to your car. Either a family member waits in the pick up area and you get your car or someone (a worker) outside will help you carry your things to your car (give them some money for it. A tip, sr10+). This area is hectic and mad so be prepared!

  The best place for shopping furniture. They also have grocery and restaurant with Swedish recipe's which are very delicious. I love IKEA a lot. It has everything you need. You can leave your kids in the kids zone and shop. They also have very good chocolate chip cookie's they are the best. The food is very fresh and if you buy a cup of coffee you can refill as much as you want.

  I ordered some few things and asked for it to be sent by delivery and paid for the assembly too. I must say, it was one of the worst mistakes in my life. They did not deliver my things and didn't do as they say on paper. The delivery team is shambolic and had about 300 people complaining at the time. The shop itself has a courteous staff but their hands are bound and they make promises they can't keep. In the end I asked for refund. Mind u, I travelled miles to get to this place and each time I got these false promises. After the 5th time I was fuming. Don't ask for delivery and definitely get ur money back if you have paid for that non existent delivery. You're dealing with people who don't know their ass from their elbow!!

  It's the best place for home furniture and accessories, good price with great quality.
  
  The only down side on the place is the waiting time in the cashier, it's always crowded..
  
  Maybe the best time to go there in the morning in weekdays..

  It's ikea. What can I say more? They have very good designs and great prices but most things don't last very forever. Which is fine for the price. I like how they have a lot of designs that can safe space. Their kitchen wears are very good as well.

  اسوء خدمة تلقيتها ، جلست بالمعرض فوق ٤ ساعات على شراء سرير وكم شي للغرفه وانا اعرف كل قطعه بشتريها قبل مااجي، الخدمة جدا سيئة ، الموظفين ضايعين ولا يعرفون ، واحد يقولي مو متوفر قطعه من الاثاث والثاني يقول متوفره. والمستودع في عالم ثاني مفصول عن كلام الموظفين! خدمة سيئة جدا والمساعده في المستودع ضعيفه ، والموظفين مايعرفون كل واحد يقول كلام يختلف عن الثاني، ومشيت في هالمعرض ونزلت ثلاث مرات كلها من اغلاط الموظفين و من خدمات التوصيل الي ماهي واضحه وملخبطه وتحس كل موظف يشتغل بشركه ثانيه !

  Good place to buy small house stuff such as kitchen gadgets, decor items...
  Limited varieties and their products are the same for years. Very expensive furniture.
  They have a 1 hour free for each child in their kids area which is a very good option but it should be 3 hours to cover the whole visit duration 😁

  I love this place.
  
  You can actually spend half of the day and you're still not done looking around.
  
  luckily they have a cafeteria and restrooms and they always feel like you're in a different place from KSA.
  
  The drawbacks is that this is THE only branch so it gets easily crowded so the best time and day to shop is on afternoons or Saturday mornings.

  This is the famous IKEA furniture shop. You can find all kinds of furniture and accessories here in affordable prices and great quality. There are two (2) restaurants here one on the ground floor selling sandwiches, ice cream, drinks and the like. There's also larger restaurant on the first floor where you can find larger platters with good price. I love them both.
  There's also a small shop right after the furniture cashier where you can buy light snacks such as chips, chocolates, biscuits etc.
  Ladies and gents prayer rooms are available.

  A great place to visit, spend a couple of hours wandering, find lots of items on one's shopping list, and even have a quick meal in the attached restaurant. Quality of goods and prices are OK in general. After all, it's IKEA.

  Worst customer service I have encountered in my life. It is non existent. These people blatantly lie to get you off the phone. Order was supposed to be delivered on 28th June and after waiting 3 days for someone to call me they told me it will be delivered on 21st July. I decided to cancel my order and have to wait 48hrs for a cancellation that is if these incompetent people get everything right. Will never ever buy from here and recommend no one to buy unless you want to be messed around.
