I find this a comfortable one-stop shop for all your pet needs. The vets are there. The food supplies are adequate. Accessories, toys, carriage, and vanities for the pets are all available in a wide range of options. The consultation fee for cats is 105 SR ($28), for dogs is 126 SR ($34), and 81 SR ($22) for birds.

Special mention to Dr. Cristina Cruz for being so gentle to my kitten and knowledgeable of her duties as a vet. She recommends treatment your pet really needs and don't do overselling like other vets do.

The place has a clean and well-kept seating area for the pet owners. One thing I noticed though is the slow customer service communication of the receptionist. There is usually a huge volume of customers in this shop, so better have your vet take your queue number before hand because there is no online appointment reservation. If you don't know a vet inside yet, then you have to go through the waiting process like I did! 😂😂😂

It's a very nice vet clinic. I would definitely recommend Dr. Joy. She is simply amazing. The only downside is that it's expensive. There are no discounts for any street cats or dogs that you rescue.

Just amazing.

Good service, cheap prices, and they actually care about your pet.

I took my rabbit to the vet and the doctor gave her an antibiotic, vitamins, and an injection for diarrhea, and 3 syringes, all that and the price was 158 SAR, which is pretty cheap and amazing.

They also offer a lot of pet products, shedding tools, leashes, harnesses, collars, and toys, also there's dog training suits, and litter

The only problem is that they don't answer when u call them

Changing my review again as per treatment given to my cat. Took him in for bladder issues. He was put on antibiotics that did not solve the issue. In 2 days he had a full bladder and could not pee. Consulted with vet on phone and she asked to bring him in which i did. After waitingfor over 3 hours the vet tells me they cant drain the cat here i have to go somewhere else! Why did u call me there in the first place?! But insisted the cat get a shot of antibiotic first. I then took my cat to eurovet who REFUSED to treat him cz they cant be sure what happy pet actually gave the cat ( they did not trust them) Plus. Happy pet was hesitant to even give me treatment history in the first place. After waiting a nervous night we took him to al hamra and the doc again spoke lowly of this happy pet clinic, drained my cat, and hes on meds for next two days for kidney stones! He feels much better now.
Long story short, dont take your pet there if you love them.

Veterinarians at this clinic are amazing! They are empathic and gentle with the animals and they provide top notch care.
The boarding facility however was a great disappointment. My cat stayed for 3 weeks and was in horrendous condition when I went to collect him. He smelled of urine and faces and he was sick. When I complained to management they responded that they could not be held responsible for the hygiene of the animals! I would not recommend this as a boarding facility for any animal.
I would also not recommend their parlour for grooming animals as I witnessed some disturbing rough handling by the groomers.

DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE
i brought my cat because she had constipation and they prescribed me fleet enema for babies, if only i hadn't done my research i would've ended up with a dead cat. fleet enema for adults and babies contains sodium phosphate AND ANY ANIMAL DOCTOR WOULD KNOW THAT SODIUM PHOSPHATE IS FATAL FOR CATS AND DOGS YOU'LL END UP WITH A DEAD ANIMAL IN LESS THAN 48 HOURS.
before i had done my research i asked if she can put the enema and she said the fleet enema they have is empty so who knows how many cats and dogs they've put this stuff in.

The problem I have with Happy Pet is that they do not answer the phone. I talked to them about this and they agreed that many people complain that we do not answer the phone and when I got there they were not doing anything. I do not like this.

Definitely one of the best. They will really take care of your pet and they know what are they doing but it is a little bit expensive but at least you will not get your pet back dead like in the other places

Definitely one the best pet clinics in Jeddah. I've been to at least 3 different pet clinics but one was expensive, wasn't satisfied with the other and never visited the third since the doctor was replaced there.

The only person I prefer my pets to be checked by is Dr. Junior. He listens, understands, cooperates and suggest the best of his knowledge.

As a whole everyone here is cooperative but one guy at reception. Which I was told, the last time I visited, that he is being released from duty.

I love the service the vet and staffs give. They have almost all the service an animal hostipal in US can give. There doctors/veterinarians are also great, some of the doctors are mostly Filipinos. They treat my pet well and you can ask them questions about your pet. They checked my pet's whole body so well. He injected the vaccine, and my cat didn't even feel anything. I thought my cat will hiss and growl but she didn't because of the environment and how doctors treat the pets.
