  Visited here for printing new istimara for newly transferred car. The process was easy and quick. Security ask for the appointment at the gate but not checked. The main police man ask my iqama for verification and printed. Max 10 minutes of task.

  I had to renew my driving license, and only appointments available in Absher were for this station and people had written good reviews for it. I went there around 7:40 and I could not find the parking easily. The guard at the main entrance stopped me and said that wait the station opens at 8 AM and nobody is inside. At 8 AM, he allowed the people gathered there to go inside. I got a slip for my license renewal after entering the room. The counters started calling the numbers and the first 9-10 numbers were for vehicle registration or license plate. Then after 10 minutes, my number was called. I submitted the old license at the left most window, and was told to wait. Within a couple of minutes, my name was called and I got the new license. The staff is courteous and the stations is location in a beautiful scenic area.

  There is no parking. So before the building there is a street you can park there and walk less. Then show the appointment to security and go inside and take the token. They call your token and give your old License to there. Then wait for few minutes ( sit in chair). After they call your name and bring the new license. There's all are good behavior.

  Bring a print out of the appointment form.
  Carry your original license or iqama.
  Park in the open ground which is also the shuttle bus area. The office is located right after sceco building , 200metres walk from the parking. At the entrance you will have to show your appointment and tawakkalna. Once you enter take a waiting ticket 🎫 from an old machine, sit down and wait for your turn. You will have to handover the appointment paper and ticket number at the counter. He will check your iqama and then you can go back and sit for approx five minutes. Someone will bring the printed card and call your name to collect it. Also note one of the employees who is not in uniform speaks good English in case you are a non Arabic speaker and have doubts. Nice visit.

  Very good my number came just 4 minutes later i sat and also the counter person took 2 mins to check on the system then he told me to wait for 5 minutes but he gave me the driving license renewed in 3 minutes. So total minutes waited their is approx 8 minutes and the work is done. Superb
