Old buildings but some are maintained well. Apartment sizes are much bigger than average size. Ensure a proper check for leaks and repair needs before renting an apartment.

A very good housing scheme. Constructed with Precast technology which is very good in quality and much better than cast in situe in term of durability and safety.

As I have seen that location and the view of the building includes family park everything is extremely nice .

I like the place. Flats are very spacious. It is about 5 rooms that could be splitted to two flats internally for those who like to live as two families in one house.
One important thing you have to notice, generally this place has a maintenance issue especially for lifters. Most of time I felt unsafe when I was using it. Also there is no much care of the green gardens although they lots of it around all buildings
