Excellent !
Clean room.
Free wifi
Friendly staff.
Free water and aoft drinks on arrival.
All consumables available in bath room.
Big room and bathroom.
Very close to city centre.

Beautiful place to dine. The food is perfectly presented and tasty. A well kept place. I have not been in the rooms and unable to share a review on that.

I've stayed here for 3months. Receptionists friendly and helpful,all of them speak english. For European people (supervisors) is accomodation better saudi hotel standard. Wifi is free and ok, only in lobby is jumping on and off. Breakfast, lunch or dinner available.
I give 3stars for accomodation, 1star for airport pickup(Jeddah). As per my 8years experience in saudi, airport pickup from this hotel was always there, which was for me nicely surprising (if it was 00:30,or 03:30 morning, driver was there with my details waiting). Not every hotel I've stayed had this service and so reliable. Laundry drop on reception,few local restaurants around (2min. by walk, Budget 4mins).
-1star for missing table with chair in room for work with pc and missing small/face towel. Everyday they clean the room and bring new big towel,small towel only if you ask housekeeper. Might be automatic.
Otherwise nice hotel,good services,good coffee in lobby.report this review -
