Above expectations compared to hotels in KSA generally. The staff is extremly helpful and friendly. Starting from the reciptionists, to the waiters to the sevice staff..
The room amenities are just great, they provide you with everything without asking, all disposable personal care tools are there. The toilate is very nice and well equiped. There is a desk and connections for internet if you need to finalize things related to work.
The room in general is spacious and very neat and clean, and the furniture is all new.
The breakfast was great as well with various options, including arabic, indian and international options. It was a delicious experiance.
The hotel contains a mini gym as well.
The only problem is the traffic jam in that area, were you will have to wait up to 10 - 15 minutes to have your ride via uber or careem.report this review -

Nice hotel as always, construction of metro is strangulating it, soon will regain popularity as construction works are coming to completion..

An amazing hotel. Tidy, comfy, and above all that, super clean rooms. Great staff. Always will be my option number 1 when I visit Riyadh again. Great location but, to make your day easier having a car is a must.. thanks for everyone!!

I stayed there for a month back in 2012 and it was a very pleasant stay then every once in a while I go there as it's one of my favorite spots to have lunch and dinner with colleagues who come to Riyadh for a business trip. Now their food isn't as good as it used to be though.

I really like all about this hotel; clean & modern rooms, friendly staff with a very good service. The only thing disappointed me is the old gym that needs new cardio machines.
