My husband and I came all the way from Jeddah because nobody there could help with our rabbit's teeth. When the procedure was done, we could pick him up. He was left next to the reception and only one employee was there, who was quite annoyed. Nobody could tell us how it went, we just had to pay the ridiculous amount of 1350 riyal. We've tried calling to ask how the procedure went and a couple times the assistant said the vet would call back, but he never did. We've sent an email and of course got nothing back. We've called once again and he was "on leave".
The worst part is, is that we pay all this money and our rabbit's teeth are ruined. They were clipped uneven and he STILL has trouble eating.

It's beyond ridiculous to ask this kind of money, ruin his teeth and then don't have the courage to call back.

Do not recommend this place whatsoever.

I haven’t tried their vet or grooming services, but their reception is extremely bad. They never pick up my calls, and I was ignored at the front desk for a good 5 minutes - and not only that, they took the request of someone who came after me before answering me! My cat couldn’t get his grooming that day and I don’t think I want to visit the place again

I bring my cat here for all vet needs as well as grooming. My cat has always been well cared for. The groomers are gentle as they work and still get the job done. The vet is kind with the animals and answers any questions satisfactorily. I absolutely recommend this place for all your animal care needs!

My go to vet clinic for my pets.

    ✔️
    - They have certified veterinarian and they are very gentle with the pet and they will answer all your questions.

    - I love how their grooming section is visible on the center of the clinic. They are great too.

    - The receptionists are very helpful and nice. They pick up the phone fast.

    - I loves that they use new technology from their e-file and diagnostic equipments.

    - Everything is expensive, from their grooming, appointment with the doctor, diagnosis, treatment, vaccinations and their products (from food to cat litter)

⭐️ but make sure to follow their instagram, sometimes they offer free check up every Wednesday morning session.

I bring my cat here and he caught fungal infection and ringworm. Also, their nail trimming was disaster! I saw their one of the worker treat animal with cruelty. I tried to reach the doctor and manager and I got no answer. For the money you paid you expected well treated service, but nah non of this you will get!
RiyadhCats should stop promoting this place !

Lets make it Simple, if you know anything about dogs, you will understand that this place is a complete scam focused on getting as much money as possible. I can manage being over priced for a service, but not when it comes to the Healthcare of my pet which I love dearly. I wouldn't go there even if they gave me a free treatment for life. I went there 3 times and never again. I live 2 mins from them yet I take my dog always to APC.

MY RABBIT DIED FROM A VERY SIMPLE PROCEDURE DUE TO UNSANITARY OPERATING ROOMS AND INSTRUMENTS. PLEASE READ THIS.

I took in my male rabbit for a neutering surgery. The doctor there assured me that he has worked on multiple rabbits before and there will be no issue whatsoever. I placed my bunny in the cage there and I was able to see them operate on a cat with no dressing covering the rest of its body other than the incision, which is what should be done if you want to insure no infection takes place after the surgery. The place did not look at all sanitary but I was reassured and went along with it. I came to pick my rabbit later on the same day and he was very lethargic. I looked up how should a bunny recover a neutering procedure and found out that it's such a simple procedure rabbits should go back to normal in 24 hours. I kept my rabbit in a cage at my house to insure that he doesn't move so that his suturing remains intact. 2 days later he passed away. I am more than sure that he went into a septic shock due to the lack of sanitary operating rooms and clean surgical instruments. If you have a rabbit; please research your vet or take him abroad to a place that has vets experienced with rabbits and knows how to handle and operate on them.

DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE. This place is a scam and the manager is a thief. This clinic stole almost $1,000 USD from me. On June 15, 2017 I made a reservation to board my cat over the summer and the man working the desk demanded that I come to the clinic and pay up front, and so I did. I told them I needed to board my cat from July 1st to August 3rd. I paid and quickly left because I had a flight to catch to the US. A week later my friend informed me that she could continue watching my cat, so I no longer needed to board her at the clinic. I called the clinic on June 29th (before the boarding was supposed to begin) to cancel the reservation, and the woman I spoke to said that I could get my refund when I come back to Riyadh. Now that I am back in Riyadh I went to the clinic to collect my refund and they refused to give it to me. I waited for an hour to speak to the accountant only to hear him say it's impossible for them to refund the money. What's perhaps even worse is that upon closer look at my receipt, I can now see that they charged me for 59 days, starting from the moment I stepped into the clinic on June 15th. They started charging me that day even though I didn't have my cat with me. THIS PLACE IS FRAUDULENT. Please learn from my awful mistake and don't even consider bringing your pet there. They obviously don't care about their customers, even the manager said this when he found out I would no longer be doing business there. If they don't even care about human customers, I can only imagine how they treat the animals. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY!

Very Bad - Unprofessional staff/ARROGANT DOCTOR
I took my appointment at 10:30 am and waited till 11:20 to start grooming the cat. I went the receptionist and i informed her that I need special care for the cat and to be treated nicely. After 5 minutes they called me asking they need to inject her with anesthesia because she's being playful - I rejected but they kept insisting claiming that if they dont inject her she will get her from the blade. after agreeing they did not know how/where to inject her and the cat went crazy and screaming and all the clients were surprised from the scream - In the end - I took my pet - bruised from 3 or 4 places - crying and blood coming out her feet. and made me pay extra charges for the anesthesia.
i dont recommend this place at all.

im too lazy to list all the great things they do and have and stuff they're just simply great! 👍🏼 their spaying is 300 riyals less than other vets, the grooming room's wall is all windows so everybody can see, and they neutered my cat and saved him and if i took him to another vet im sure they wouldn't have been able to save him. also they're one of the best couple of vets in riyadh (i forgot the other vet clinic's name)

the vets are very friendly and neat and generally good at their jobs. the receptionist, however, did not do her job well. i had an appointment scheduled at 7:30 for my cat to get groomed. they told me it would take about 45 minutes so i waited in the car and came after 50 minutes and found that they half just STARTED to groom her. the receptionist mixed up my cat and another and told the vet to groom the other one first thinking it was mine. she also told me that shaving her level 2 would be good for "slightly less hair" but then my cat ended up losing all her hair!! so i left there with a hairless cat and after waiting for about 2 hours! they did apologize to me at the end and did everything for free and i know the staff and place is good which is why i am giving it 3 stars. it would be 5 if the receptionist hadn't caused so much trouble.
