  I have been going to one of your hospital's dentist for root canal( Dr. Hend) ... but i have to admit that i did a mistake by going to bugshan hospital for my root canal... the behaviour of doctor is unacceptable to any patients for sure, she dont talk with respect and she always makes her face in to a bad expression one as if she dont like me , may be that's because of my nationality , whenevr i ask her question she always reply with anger as if she is doing the treatment for free.
  Even the nurse is almost the same and worse. Evrytime i ask the nurse about the doctor availability she just make an eye contact and leave without replying.
  
  I would like to suggest that Bugshan hospital has its own reputation in case of service and medical purpose.. please teach your doctors to behave in a good way and talk to the patients with respect and never to differentiate between Saudi and expats.

  worst call center i called 28 times no once made an appointment for me they are just transferring calls from here to there totally unprofessional call center they have even they dont know the names of the doctors

  JANUARY 2016:
  Old filing system and papers going back and forth to finish one thing.
  Old buildings.
  Reception and nurses not that professional, you might have to raise your voice to get things done on time.
  
  UPDATE:
  So gave them another chance Jan 2018, they are now certified butcher-shop and NOT a hospital. Go somewhere else if you want to live.

  i went there for an emergency (P.s. i have a VIP buba insurance), 1st they put me on hold, 2nd after waiting for more than half an hour they said sorry we cant treat your case!!!! its called emergency !!!

  Untrained call center, they have literally no answers to any questions that has been given to them. Though the call center should've been the back one of the hospital. Not going back ever

  My file number 517145 in bughshan.
  Dr.Abdullah Ahmad Soliman.
  One of the best neurologist.
  Since last 2 years i was suffering scatia the back pain which i cant explain in words Dr.Abdullah Ahmad Soliman dignose the root reason and gave me correct treatment which i can say now its only 0% pain.

  The worst expericne i am getting every day by bugshan specially with doctor nassema OB gyn the worst thing happend i was having appointment in thursday which i booked before 30 days one month back and suddenly on the same day i recived a message that your appointment has been cancelled i have visited to the hospital same day the reciptio. Person told me come on saturday walk in no porblem so i did the same i took my pragent wife at 21:00 and till 24:00 i was just sitting i complained to dr ibrahim he supported me well and the medical director hepled me but the doctor nad nurse they did not supported at last the doctor said come tommore after 4 hours i told the doctor are u serioues ? The. After a huge fight she accepted and she cosulted by wife but it was worst ecperince apecially the nurse is really really arogant and ber behavious is very bery bad

  Assalamu alaikum - im going to tell you about a Death Case happened in bugshan hospital by their own doctors.
  
  Such a shame to be known as hospital where they have irresponsible doctors and not just one but all are same, this is a business place where everyone is worried about their time and money but nobody cares about patients. for all these people out there. Allah is watching and you have to return back to him with your answers, people come over for better and safe treatment , but now a child just died due to the carelessness of Dr. Humaira muhammad quraishy (Gynecology).
  
  when the pregnant patient came on delivery due date period given by the mentioned doctor, they said they dont have room for delivery and asked to wait and come the day after !! what !!!! such a reply from doctor ???? should the child be born while going back home in car ??? ridiculous !!!!!
  due to unavailability, had to move to Dr. Soliman Fakeeh Hospital and they started over all treatment again, and after they made operation which they said was required for the baby to come out and found baby dead. may allah accept and provide jannah. ameen.
  
  I would conclude by saying that dr. humaira mohammed quraishy along with the hospital is responsible for this tragedy.
  
  get ready for your questions by allah. !!!
  
  this is most disgusting business in todays world which is known as hospital. !!

  they dont have quilified doctors at the momets and will let your case become more dengerious by delaying becuse of unjustified reason.

  Really good hospital. Not all doctors are good but just a very few are recommended.
  ENT dept has a really good doctor there.
