I think this is a place of nice quality, but I'd like the floors to be cleaner. I also like the fact they give a early check in and a late check out. But now the parking is now not free and cost 50 riyals. Now I give a lower ranking for that reason.

Ladies must have problem to do ziyarah from gate no. 7 entrance as they have to take one whole round of masjid e nabawi to reach baab raqam 25, from baab raqam1. Hotel bosphorus is nice, cute, awesome!! Ofcourse welcoming staff.. Had amazing stay.. But should improve food plz...

Very enjoyable stay near gate 7 of the masjid. Well serviced large rooms with a feeling a luxury. Breakfast has a wide selection but needs to excite the taste buds a bit more. A variety of restaurants from 2-10 minutes walk away.

Exceptional Service and Welcoming Staff. Ideally located to Gate 7 which leads to Prophets Mosque. Great Staff and good breakfast. Snacks are also available which are charged. Rooms have modern and new furniture and the hotel is overall clean and new. Keep it up !

One of the best hotels in madinah. The reception staff are very helpful. Hotel pretty new. Best value for money. Only weak point is the quality of food, but that's in the city overall anyway.

Awesome hotel. Great Wi-Fi. Everything is new and latest. You can nit connect any 2 pin shoe in switch snd and have to call bell boy who don't come on 1st call

The hotel was not at all as expected/advertised.the parking fee is 75 SR per day and the parking spaces are quite small.The lobby is always congested and the reception staff were friendly..The rooms are amazingly big and spacious.No iron in the room.The breakfast is not at all good.less variety of food options and mostly does not taste good.The hotel is 10 min walk to ladies gate.The hotel is not near any good market and malls.But worth it for the price offered.

Visiting Medina , only one thing is important hotel location location location all points for location and food here is good rates are towards higher end compared to neighbouring buildings but the staff is well trained for hotel business that is one plus point

Excellent hotel. Very near to bab as salam from where men enter. Women's entrance however is far. The only negative is that parking nearby is charged which adds to your cost of stay

I stayed at this Hotel for 3 nights. Its a great clean place 6 to 8 minutes walk to the Haram gate. Very clean place with friendly staff. The reason I am giving 3 star to this review is because of their breakfast. This is a 5 star hotel with a 3 star breakfast. The quality of everything in the breakfast is cheap and not tasteful. Very dissapointed with their breakfast standard.

Extremely clean hotel with great service and an amazing breakfast buffet 6-10:30am! Very close walking distance to the almasjid alnabawi (door #7). We made every prayer on time and walked to many little markets for dates and cloths and anything else you need. Btw don't worry about power adaptors they're available everywhere for 5-10 SR $2-3!
