Your staff at that Jubail branch is not good, they don't talk properly, the doctors are not good, we had to feel very embarrassed yesterday Why have you opened the hospital, only sick people will come there and not healthy people, your doctor staff is very incompetent, if the behavior continues like this then very soon all your branches will be closed.
I hope you will make your staff understand.🙏

Please make sure sufficient staff are available at the registration/billing counter. The rush is becoming high nowadays due to climate changes. It’ll help us to refrain from long waiting queues.

My recent visit to the hospital was quite disappointing. There is ongoing construction, and the arrangements for women are inadequate. We felt uncomfortable as there were many men sitting directly in front of us. Additionally, the lack of signboards for the doctor’s office, toilets, and sitting areas made the entire situation very confusing. Improvements in these areas are urgently needed to make the experience more comfortable and organized for all visitors.

Poor management, poor coordination. Fasting patients are waiting for a long period of time for the medical check up. No positive response from the floor manager. Security also mis behaving with all the patients.
They are giving 2 priority to the newly arrived medical test. And not giving much priority for the out patients.

Trying to call the given landline number for over one week now but it is constantly busy. That could mean irresponsible behaviour.

Dear all, I've had the worst experience at Badr Al Khaleej. The ob-gyn specialist is (as it states outside her door)with a 25 years of experience from Mysore, India, who is not experienced at all.
My B.P, pulse and temperature were not checked yet were mentioned in a report she made. I had not complained of severe vomitting but it was there in the report. She gave us a fright and indicated that I was suffering from some rare disease. Doctors at Mowasat hospital were questioning the report she made as she had provided with false information. I was asked repeatedly whether I was sure she was an ob-gyn doctor. She had no idea what she was doing. Some personal remarks she made were very unprofessional.
I would not recommend this doctor. Go to a better hospital for your time and money's worth.
