  Why is only one counter available for patient registration?

  i have vistied to ar razi clinic, and very sick even i cannot stand but every where i have to make line
  
  doctor write nubilization, i have paid at counter for nunbilzation and vistied to room no. 3 for nubilization but unfortunately there one male nurse ask me one more bill from pharmacy
  
  how ever i visit pharmacy but pharmacy guy very roothly talk to me and he said stand in the line which is very long
  
  im.totally dissappointed the behavivour of pharmacy person and managment of ar razi clinic why they need billing in so many place....the person who visited in the clinic he comes because he is not feeling well so should be good behave from nursing staff and pharmacy staff..
