  I've been a customer for this saloon for so many years. I would say they are best at hair styles and hair cuts. I will mention two factors us ladies usually put in mind, waiting time and cost.
  Regarding waiting time, if you book an appointment things will go smoothly, and for cost wise I'd say it's a bit pricier than other saloons.
  If I would recommend someone over there it would be Mrs. Nisreen and abeer.

  The only good thing and saving grace about this salon is Jessi, the hair stylist. I have been going to her for quite sometime now and I think she is one of the better hairdressers in this city, if not the best. In a salon where everyone is always wearing a frown on their face, she greets her customers and asks if you are satisfied with the results. A big plus in my sight. Otherwise, this salon doesn’t deserve minus stars due to the extremely rude ladies sitting at the reception. In my three years of going there, I’ve never once seen them address anyone politely. Their credit card machine deliberately doesn’t work every time and they’ll make excuses for it not working on that particular day that you’ll go . When you remind them that the same thing happened the last time and the time before, they’ll just shrug their shoulders and think of another lie... in your face with no remorse! Overall, everything is overpriced as well. 200 SAR for a haircut for an 8 year old child! Horrible attitude with poor customer service.

  المشغل من اسواء المشاغل الي دخلتها في حياتي. تطلبين لون شعر ويطلع لك لون ثاني ولا تحاول تقنعك انه مره جميل. المنتجات لايمكن تكون اصليه لان لها ريحه مو طبيعيه. طبعا المشغل كأنه حضانه لاطفال الكوفيرات هي ما تدري تشتغل على الزبونه والا تلاحق طفلها. لاتضيعين وقتك هنا

  أسعار غاليه وما يسوى ابد شغلهم عادي مستوى النظافه متدني .. سمعه فقط لاغير السعر ع الموقع فقط اما مستوى الخدمه ما اعجبني تعامل العاملات نفسياتهم واستقبالهم مو حلو مو ع مستوى الفاتوره

  مشغل فاشل بمعنى الكلمة واسعارة نيران ماادري على ايش؟؟ تطلبين لون صبغة معين يحطون لك لون ولاهو عند اللي طلبتي صبغت لي وحدة اسمها عبير احرقت واعدمت لي شعري بالسحب ع أساس تطلع لي اللون الزيتي وطلع لون شعري نااااري على برتقالي وأخذوا مني ١٧٠٠ على المهزلة اللي سووها والعاملات همهم يصلحون شعور بعضهم ويتميلحون ولاهم فاضين للزبائن (عبير هذي افشل وحدة عندهم أحذركم منها) وهم طبعا كلهم فاشلات واسعارهم ماتناسب مستواهم المتدني👎

  والله ثم والله على ما اقول شهيد احذركم من هالمشغل لاني جبت الاهل له علشان صبغة شعر عند الكوفيره اللي اسمها عبير وطلبت منا 2000 ريال من شان صبغه وورتها زوجتي الصبغة اللي تبغاها وقالت ابغى مثل هذي بالضبط قالت عبير اوكي المهم راحت وصبغت صبغه ثانيه مختلفه تماما عن المطلوب (يعني سوت اللي براسها ) يوم ناقشنا المشغل ليش لون الصبغه مختلف عن المتفق عليه قالوا ادفعي 250 ريال ونعدلك اللون اقسم بالله اقسم بالله لذلك احذركم من هالمشغل وخاصه الكوفيره عبير حسبي الله عليها الله لايوفقها .
