  Situated on the end of the new side of the Haram. Extremely clean, spacious rooms and bedrooms with en suites. Plenty of food choices for breakfast in the restaurants as well as lunch and dinner. Nice relaxing lounge area both inside and out and also easy access to haram via underground. Very nice hotel for kids too. Plenty of rooms as is comprised of 2 towers joined together

  Superb hotel with excellent services, wide of delicious buffet (we tried breakfast only) and high class ambience. At 5 minutes walking distance from Haram. Would definitely book again insha Allah

  Nice hotel. Rooms not cleaned properly. Superficially nice. Average food. I am talking in capacity of an Umrah pilgrimage participants.

  It was a wonderful stay. The food was amazing and the hotel itself was a beautiful view. The room i slept in was a bit small though but thoroughly comfortable.

  The location is perfect! The route you take to go to al haram is very nice; not congested at all. Suitable for families that have little kids. If you are a fast walker it only takes 6 minutes. The breakfast is also nice; there's a variety of things you can have. The only downside is that there are no shops nearby so you have to buy things in the shopping centre.

  Being single woman travelling had no problems with staff or management.
  Was made welcomed. Will come back again.

  Enjoyed my stay at this lovely hotel.... great staff..... excellent room service and food quality is outstanding.
  The only thing is the acess of the hotel from the tunnel not very impressive.....

  Great hotel and lovely stuff. Security guys tried to make a couple of stupid jokes but soon to manager and he seems to have dealt with them. Breakfast is pretty good and there is a lot of variety but it's pretty much the same thing everyday! WiFi is not really that good to be honest and the speeds are dire. Hotel is close but not that close and no restaurants or shops near by doesn't help either so you have to go out of your way to eat something if going to Mosque.

  Great experience, less than 5 mins walk to the masjid, employees here are friendly and you'll just feel like you're home. Their food is another chapter on its own because it's awesome and lots of varieties to choose from. Enjoy your stay

  Nice view. Nice internet connection. Nice service in lobby. Nice service from housekeeping. Restaurant presentation for indonesian with others is very different, i don't know why.

  Good value for money. Close to Haram. Sufficient space. Lovely bathroom. Mega breakfast buffet.
  Get there early to avoid the last minute rush. And when they say till 10am. They mean till 10am. The food will be wisked away lights switched off and tables cleared.
  Room service was daily and good except vacuuming.
  Overall a very enjoyable stay.
