  Worst blood bank I have ever been in
  
  The actual donation wasn’t bad. However, the staff seemed incompetent, and the place was claustrophobic. Five minutes in and I wanted to leave, but I was here to donate to my friend’s mom so I had to suck up and stay.
  
  The technician told me at first that I have to wait 3 months between donation, which was wrong as per the paperwork I had to sign.
  He then spent 10 minutes taking my blood pressure.
  Then another guy came and drew a full tube.
  Then they sent me to a building 3 blocks away to sign the paperwork by a physician.
  Then finally they drew the donation, from the other hand.
  
  I’m glad this wasn’t my first time donating, because it was very discouraging.

  New building and it is great, waiting areas, rooms, Dr offices, restrooms and reception well organized.

  The least adhearance to appointments I've ever had the misfortune to come across. Doctor decides to cancel appointments for the day after a 2-week wait. One time we waited for 1.5 hrs to see the doc, and finally decided to leave (we came by appointment, not on the waiting list). And now we had an appointment at 5 pm, it's 7:35 and we still didn't get to see the doc. Very unprofessional and unethical. Take your money/insurance elsewhere.

  Staff not available for most time on the seats. Long waits. Very expensive. People over here dont like to work at all.

  Good outlook. Bad services. Receptions is not in his seat for hours. Have to wait long hours to catch one of them. They always have excuses. They are supposed to be at patients' service, but the opposite is true.
  
  Doctors are good, but the nurses are very stubborn. There is no room for patient's wish and wills. They enforce anything on you. They can even perform forced surgeries on you.

  If there is a zero I would give it . The nurses and the receptionist's are the worst. The doctors give their advices during the visit and after they leave the nurses don't follow what is written to them and as soon as you try to point out what the doctor say they start to slam doors... If you have a pregnant wife try to go to another hospital.
  The receptionists on the 2 floor "out patient clinic are not professional...
