Actually deserves zero, no service, the crew is bad, actually whom in the management, the system always hanged, i spent 4 hours in two times to recieve the medicine, i will not back to them anymore..

Very very very very good nurses . Behaving very nice . Caring too much . Even midnight . Masha Allah . I can't forget the experience when my friend was admitted for a surgery . They care him like his brother .

Unscheduled csection 9/1/18.
1. Anesthesiologist was absolutely amazing. I have severe allergies to narcotics n nsaids, he was wonderful n stayed explaining meds while each was administered to ease my worry.
2. Had brought an outside Obgyn, my personal dr, in to do surgery.
3. Husband paid 10,000sar for surgery n 48 hours in hospital.
4. Once on the floor, Hospital Dr refused to monitor or see me due to outside Dr. doing surgery. Nobody communicated to us or my dr that written orders were needed from her to feed or ambulate me, to do anything with me. So the nursing staff basically did nothing to help me as well.
5. For 10, 000sar, i received 2 pad in the 3 days for my bleeding, I was refused ambulation, bc they didnt ambulate... I laid in bloody bed until day 2 when my Dr came to check on me. Meals were not provided regularly, even after permission given to eat.
6. My IV needle in my arm became clogged at the vein n swollen, so my meds n fluids were not dripping into my bloodstream correctly. When my husband tried to get the nurse to fix it she was raising her voice at him n refused. I can only take parcetamol for pain, with 2 giant holes in my belly, every bit of relief was needed n wasnt getting bc drip wouldnt b fixed.
7. Catheter bag was left to leak and over flow for the entirety of my stay. They even brought my newborns bb bed in n just rolled her on top of it. Instead of fixing they just kept using same one n making the girl to mop it if i or my husband complained.
8. Finally was able to fall asleep after 1.5 days of pain keeping me awake, n nursing staff allowed for an entire female party to go on for my roomate from 1230am to 330am. When i tried to call nursing desk they hung up on me 4 times, n nobody ever came to my room.
9. I had to call my husband to come to hospital. Nurses yelled at him, he had to file formal complaint. My blood pressure n temperature were never taken until that complaint had been filed. The nurse who yelled at my husband bc she didnt want to fix my iv was made to come fix it. I was sleeping when she did. She hit me in the arm when she finished and said fixed fixed. I was half asleep n asked her what? N she yelled fixed at me n left the room. I had to tell the nurses to not allow her into my room again. Supervising nurse had to come to change my iv to another hand bc the vein was so clogged n swollen. My husband was made to change my bloody pad when he asked for them to change it.
10. I could go on n on with the haram treatment provided by the delivery floor nursing staff. I am American, n if this happened in the states, a few of those nurses would not b practicing medicine. If my husband was not himself a Dr n notice my IV n other things, idk how mich worse my stay would have been.

the worst hospital.just external show. all egyptian hospital. unqualified doctors doing procedures.how moh not catching them. if you find death then go to dar. not 1 saudi doctor in all hospital. just saudi nurse who are good and helping.
