  Big organization with a good reputation. They can plan your trip from A to Z, not only flight bookings, and give you suggestions that suits you up.
  But if you are able to do a self search, you will find cheaper prices

  They're not helpfull instead of giving the information there waiting for it from you..and they have bad attitude with kids. also they seem trying to change your online reservation for your best but they are trying to take more money out of you

  Terrible and shady company! They used a fraud company to sell their ticket to me. When that company got shut down, they said they would give me a refund. However, they also backed me up in a corner by requiring a statement from a major bank we used to purchase the ticket which does not do such thing. When i tried to explain that my bank said there was no fraudulent activity on their part, and that this agency should take some responsibility for authorizing a fraud company to do business on their behalf, the guy on the phone, his name starts with C, kept steering the conversation towards the bank's responsibility with their credit cards management and abruptly hung up on me. What kind of companies that hang up on their customers? A shady one that only cares about your money that is. They have been using tactics to delay refunding me for weeks until now i am only days away from a flight i will no longer use. Dont take your chances with this company, it's not worth your effort.
