  Excellent for a 4 star hotel, if it wasn't for the restaurant, it would be equivalent to most 5 stars hotels.

  Totally disaster hotel . One time the fire alarm. They not speak English . They didn't give me the invoice. Please don't use this hotel is a disaster . As a traveler I don't recommend to anyone .

  I revisited this hotel due to my.previous stay which was fabulous but this time.it.was horrible i was given room on the top floor which was under construction with very old furniture and poor facilities. Customer service was also very bad it took too much time to get access for the room and repeated requestes were ignored . With all this service 400 riyals is very very expensive

  I would have given it ZERO star. Worst service ever, and Fwad at the reception took him very long time to serve me!!
  
  TV has a few channels only, where most are news and no entertainment.
  
  It's simply a garbage even if it's for free

  Very bas expirience

  Worst stay ever, i have been here for two days and here is some of what i got:
  1. There was a technical issue with internet for the whole first day, tbis normal to happen. The staff insisted that the issue was with my laptop and phone only and all the guests are happy (i have a colleague staying at another room having the same issue but they don't know we know each other).
  2. They promised me to send IT guy to my room in 5 minutes 7 times and nobody showed up!! The isue is solved after one day when i saw STC guys in the hotel working on it
  3. The key to my room stopped working and they kept sending someone with the master key to open the room for me (of course promised to send the key more than 5 times to my room and still nothing since yesterday)
  4. Two bugs bites in my leg in two days :)
  5. I wanted to exchange dollars to SAR and the front desk told me NOT NOW because he was busy, he did it because I insisted

  Great value for money. .Restaurant is much cheaper than in other hotels but quality is so so. Nice rooms. good location and very friendly staff.
