I had 3 double rooms booked for my stay between 21st September to 24th September. On arrival at the hotel I was told that this hotel is fully closed. I was not very happy with that outcome because I was travelling with small babies and wasn’t ideal for me when I found out that the hotel is non existent. I would like to make a complaint that this hotel should be taken down from booking.com website and customers who have made bookings for this hotel should be made aware that it’s closed and should be given a thumbs up before their travel. Someone outside the hotel mentioned that this hotel shut down a month ago.
Only plus point is it is close to Haram(10 minutes to Abdulaziz gate). However be careful about steep height which is hell difficult when you come back after spending alot of time in Haram and dead tired.
Bathrooms are really small and literally you cannot make wudhu here or take a nice shower which is a shame.
I don’t know how people find this place better, it is not cheap.
Breakfast is rubbish(for people who don’t have prior experience of Mediterranean breakfast they may like it but the food is really bad and cheap, spoiled, old etc.)
Rooms are so small, we booked for four bed room and literally no place to offer even prayer for a single person.
Have blackout for more than 3 hours no lift, no water, no AC and hence no apology from staff.
There are many things still to say but I don’t want to waste more time.
Location very close to Haram.
Staff and services like a 5 star hotel. They treat every customer with smile which is rare in Makkah hotels. So I will give their staff more than 5 star.
24hr Free tea, different coffees, water. WoW!
Toilets need major improvements.
Accessibility is a bit difficult for elderly but not a big issue.
Wonderful staff at this hotel!
Close to the Grand Mosque but not good for anyone with mobility issues: it is on a very steep hill and no shuttle service is available.
great choice to stay around masjidil haram. the rate is affordable, the room is clean with modern furnished. the bathroom is a bit compact but I have no issue with that. Praying mat, tissue, soap & shampoo, towels, and fridge are available in the room. coffee and tea are free at the lobby, but no water heater to make one in the room. about 100m approaching the hotel the walk path is inclining quite significant.
Nice stay , clean , quite , few space to park , near from haram
welcome warming, only 500m to Al Masjid Al Haram
I was able to get a better deal with much much cheaper price. The stuff weren't so cooperative when the neighbors kept making noise throughout the night
Very hospitality staff but narrow rooms.
small rooms with small bathrooms with good small distance to el haram
Near to kaaba and good service
Near to Masjid but it is on a hill so going to hotel is difficult but they have golf like cars some prayers you might use it
Other wise new furniture but not cleaning well
Very bad. We had to book there because we had no other choice.
A mid range decent hotel that is very close to Masjid Al Haram, it is on a hill so a short climeb but the hotel does have golf buggies to take guests to and from the hotel. Breakfast is average and at the time of our stay the rooms were being renovated in their main building. They have added a new building that is separate but next to the original building and as it is a new building the rooms here are better proportioned with better bathrooms so would recommend you requesting a room in their new second building.
It's pretty close to Haram and nice and clean with good service
