  worst customer service especially the sales person. does not even entertain you. did not even check your iqama. just look you in the face and discriminate and tell you to go to the manager! IDIOT! after waiting for 1 hour! useless sales person. I do not recommend this branch. never ever come to this branch again!

  Worst service. I approached for opening a new current account, but they refused me to take an account. They said, they will allow only to engineers or doctors. I met manager, and he also rejected me.
  
  Then I contacted the Al Rajhi Customer Center by email and asked whether there is any law like that. They replied there is no such rule and everyone can get an account. I printed this email and went again and showed this email print. Then only I got an account. They are very impolite and rude. But other branches are okay i think.

  خدمة سيئة إلى أبعد درجة.. موظفات لا يجيدون التعامل مع العميلة بصدر رحب.. وجوه عبوسا قمطريرا.. و مديرة الفرع بالذات لا تستطيع التعامل مع العميلة
  ذهبت لتجديد بيانات الهوية الوطنية و معي طفلي.. لم تسمح لي الموظفة حتى بأخد رقم لتتم خدمتى و اجابت بانه لن تتم خدمتي بوجود طفلي.. و قالت" اتركيه برا مع احد!!!" و طلبت مني ان اسأل المديرة الموقرة اذا مسموح يخدموني مع طفل.. و للاسف المديرة لا تريد ان تتعاون لانه و بكل بساطة الاطفال يسببون مشاكل في فرعنا و لا نستطيع تقديم اي خدمة بوجود طفلك و شكرا
  فقط باقي تقول اتفضلي برا!
  هذه ليست المرة الاولى في تعاملي مع هذا الفرع بهذا السوء..
  عموما.. البنك بكل فروعه خدمته اكثر من سيئة في خدمة العملاء
  الحمد لله اخر مرة.. لاني ساقفل حسابي في هذا البنك الغير جدير بالتعامل مع اي نوع من العملاء
  
  بالاخلاق ترتقون يا بنك الراجحي و ليس بكمية العملاء و خدمتهم الدونية

  Very slow service in ladies branch ... can speak in English is an advantage.. If you are desi expat you will likely to get treated as their servants even though you have good balance in your account..

  Bad branch, slow service, and only one window is open for all of the services, they might not help you if they're busy (always) and not in the mood
