  Worst hospital in saudi Arabia and knowledgeless doctors, especially Dr rabiya (general surgeon), he is a very unprofessional and disrespectful doctor. I request to all not to visit this hospital at any cost .

  Pro Atif Khan told us that he’ll work on our approval and he’ll inform us. Then, he approved it and contacted us with a professional way. We’re very happy with his help. He treats all the patients with a nice behaviour.

  I had a highly unpleasant experience with Pediatric Doctor "Muhammed Afiffi," the worst pediatrician I've visited since my child's birth. His behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. He should not be part of the hospital staff, as he discredits both his position and the institution. He needs to learn patience as a children's doctor. Totally waste of time, effort & money.

  Not recommended... Doctors and nurses were good until the you pay the fees. Once you did the payment, after treatment... For the followups, they will show their true colours... Very bad followup services... Always insist us to take unwanted tests.... Money minded.... I won't even give 1star, since there is no other option...

  The worst bakala ever, this is not hospital. They are just just asking money extra by holding documents, A fillipino old idiot lady in the reception is too rude and the man in reception too. Overall all staffs are useless there, I'll recommend everyone to go any other hospital instead of it. I'm suggesting to the management to change these reception liers staff, specially the old fillipino idiot lady seating in the insurance counter as she don't like work

  Worst medical experience of my life happend in AlJafel hospital..... Very bad behavior of doctors.... Most arrogant doctors and no management for patient's support...... Do not go to this hospital if you love yourself otherwise you may end up with fight...

  i dont advice this hospital, i got small throat pain and the ent doctor gave me three medicines and no use of those medecines, later i went batha shifa al jazeera to see the ent , he was experienced doctor, he didnt give any medecine, he said to stop all medecines and just gargle salt water.

  عندهم الدكتوره ماريا السودانية استشارية نساء وولاده سيئة جدا في تعاملها وغير متمكنة في مجالها وعصبية جدا انصح بشده بعدم التعامل معها
  سببت خطأ طبي لزوجتي لا يقع فيه حتى المبتدء
  حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل فيها

  Have experienced of baby delivery by the doc Alzabth, she is worst doctor i have seen in my life with a rude and irresponsible behavior, she use to threaten her patients either this is her nature or she treat us on racism.
  Other hand Dr Mariam is Doc in real manners

  Worst reception service. Slow and the doctor wasn't ready for us. Received a visito4 and a call while I was in the room. I stepped on a cover that wasn't secure. This was on a friday noon. I needed some water and was tikd "there's no cups" .

  very nice hospital and not expensive...i transferred my son from alhammadi hospital which is big thieves (alibaba) to aljafel hospital

  The worst doctor is Dr. Elizabeth she treats patients in a bad way especially pakistanis because of her rival doctor Dr. Nigat she was sweetheart and the best doctor and Elizabeth shout on the patients she is a crazy physcho doctor she needs a doctor. I hate her and the way she insulted i withdraw my file from hospital and even the management didnt take any action against her because the best one was dr. Nigat and she left they have this rude lady left with them. She looks like man she is ugly by looks and her behavior as well. Kindly dont choose this phsycho doctor elizabeth.
