Stayed here for 2 nights a couple weeks ago. Instead of 5-star hotel as they claimed, I would call this a 3-star hotel. The location is perfect and convenient, very close to the ladies gate. But besides that, our experience was not pleasant at all.

The check-in process took ages. The hotel interior is very outdated. The hallway where our room was located smells cigarette. Even there was cigarette butts and ashes in front of our door.

We booked a room for 3 people and got 2 twin beds + 1 extra bed. The extra bed condition and quality was very bad. I got skin rash right after sleeping there.

The wi-fi connection was very poor; actually it didn't connect at all.

The housekeeper didn't clean our room although we had requested for it.

We had asked the receptionist if the parking was available and they confirmed it without any further information. However when we reached the parking entrance, the officer were asking for a card (not a hotel card apparently). So be aware to request for a parking card from the reception before you reach the parking lot.

The location and the staff were extremely amazing. The room was very spacious and accommodating, however the rooms located close to the lift can overhear the pully system operating thus can affect light sleepers. Fyi Expect long ques of the lift .Apart from that the hotel was outstanding

The location is very good. But at best, it's a three star hotel. The food and the overall service is very average.

Been there with my wife and two kids. Excellent Location. Specially for ladies because it is very near to gate number 25,26. Breakfast was included in our meal and it was fabulous!!. Posting pictures of breakfast and rooms. All rooms were quite comfortable. Just one thing life got busy during prayer timing but not so much if you try before couple of minutes of prayer. Will definitely visit again.

We stayed in the Quad Room with our old parents for 3 days and had a Okay experience. Wifi service was extremely poor, elevators were always very very busy and waiting time was too long. The rooms were well lit and clean. They need to add some Pakistani dishes in the morning buffet. They also need to train the staff very well in order to provide 5 star customer service as the staff at the reception was not up to the standards and not professionally handle the customers at all. We will recommend this hotel for women only as Haram was very close for women through gate number 26.

We stayed in Al haram hotel during our visit to medina. It is nice hotel located near to holy mosque. The rooms are well maintained and clean. The room service was excellent and staff was decent. The complementary breakfast was good and tasty. The only problem were the elevators. The elevators were in the process of maintenance so only 2 or 3 elevators were working at a time and at the time of prayers the elevators were mostly jam packed.

We had a really bad experience at this place. The hotel looks good from the outside but the rooms are stinky and really in a bad shape the washrooms are dirty full of dunk. The stuff was really good we asked to change the room and then they offered the room change second room was just like that but still manageable. The advertised food to be good however they cater mainly to the Malaysian Indonesian communities and they make breakfast and food for them specifically so if you like that kind of food I recommend that you go there if you don't like that kind of food try another hotel it is really close to the mosque and it's really close to the woman's entrance the men's entrance is also nearby so it doesn't really her too much. The elevators are really confusing and so is the corridor. The hotel opens up from Shop owners the try to sell you as you walk past them and force you into their shops. They also give a really bad steer to the women that are with you. So be careful when you book a hotel it is not my top most priority but if you want close proximity then by all means go for it.

A very good hotel. Stay was enjoyable. Direct access to gate 26 and 25 for women. Hotel is less than 250 steps from haram entrance.
Try and get breakfast included in your stay it's worth the cost..it's quite lavish with Arabian, continental and American breakfast choices.
The rooms were clean and the staff courteous.

A sad excuse of a hotel. Might pass it barely as 3 stars, but never as a 5 star. Furniture in a very bad condition. Things are broken. Very sad.

I wish i could give them a 0 star. Its worst than a 1 star motel. Dirty Rooms, Rude Staff, Wifi not working, Unhygienic buffet (found a couple of hairs in food), and the list goes on. My worst decision ever. Please do yourself a favour and get yourself a room in a better hotel.

Please check the pictures I posted to see the fungus in washroom, dirty unhygienic towels along with a used safety and a very disturbingly disgusting thing I found under the bed.

Please buy a tent and stay on streets that will be money well spent

They are charging for 5 star but I want to clear that I am at this hotel and this is really very pathetic hotel to stay in this amount. Rooms are not clean, dusty carpets, old furniture and even bathroom is not that clean. Lifts to go up are the nightmares.staff is completely non Cooperative. No one on the receptipn can speak or understand English. They are definitely overcharging. Only good thing is the breakfast which is very lavish but not Pakistani dishes at all. Will never come here again
