  The immature young boy behind the desk is rude and disrespectful towards paying customers who fly with Saudia and partner airlines. He has absolutely no clue what customer service is about. He speaks negatively about customers in Arabic as if they aren't able to understand them. "Oh, my English, no good, no good, blah blah blah," but then says in PERFECT English "The Airline of the ticket which you are holding is not accepted here," even though the ticket is business class with a partner airline. I watched him tell a whole family to leave, even though they all had business class tickets for a partner airline with Saudia. As they were walking out, he said something very nasty in Arabic about the mother of the two children. To Al Fursan, this guy does not do your image any good. You should fire him or at the very least introduce him to a crash course on hospitality. Quite honestly the most disgraceful customer service I have witnessed/experienced in Saudi Arabia. Wow.

  Very nice and well organised and the staff are very friendly. They need to improve the variety of their food though.

  This review is specifically for the international departures Fursan Lounge. The lounge is brand new, and beautiful. The bathrooms are always clean. There's plenty of space, quiet areas, lounge chairs and couches. Food is great and lots of options.
