  It's neat and tranquil and boasts of a high speed internet connectivity. However, it doesn't offer dining except that a flier sits in the room showing a few fast food items that can be ordered(obtained from neighbouring fast food shops). Al-Bayan is a good facility however (at an affordable rate) for those who are new in the town and have yet to shift a permanent residence.

  The room i was in was not well maintained. Grime and dirt were all visible in the bathroom and one of the bed was creaking. Price is relatively cheap and with free wifi.
