  This is the worst hotel with fortunately poor management and room service. What you booked you will not get here. They give you different room and charge for big room. 20mints from Haram shareef by walk. No towels wash room is not good also. Very bad experience.

  This hotel is well cleaned and pleasant. Everything is fine except for it has no toiletries, TV has no local channel and praying matt.

  Below then average hotel. The person at the reception was not much cooperative. Not very clean. Far from public transport access.

  We were on the third floor and we don't have Internet here. The internet works only on thd ground floor and they said that they have a problem with the Internet... The bathroom wasn't cleaned after previous guests. The rooms were quite spacious here. We were in the suite with three rooms. There was kitchen, and separate bathroom for each room. In kitchen, there was microwave and washing machine beside the fridge and the stove.

  Not a proper Hotel but just a bed space for sleep. Cheap n clean very close to haram underground parking. Ample paying space for cars outside. Good size room

  It was good need to improve in sound proofing too much noice from outsiders we couldnt sleep proper and bath towels were not thr the staffs were good

  Best bargain prices for the location of this building, ok staff is in experienced but there are millions of visitors coming to Medina for masjid nabawi pilgrimage, restaurants , money exchanges, ATMs and other facilities are plenty in the central area of masjid

  Nice and clean accommodation in Medinah. Away from haram but van or coaster service is available. Rooms are nice and clean.

  Good and safe place to visit. Cooperative workers good services. Recommended place to stay. Clean bathrooms and shuttle services are good. But in rooms no or very weak Wifi signals.

  Rooms are furnished with beds only. No chairs, tables or a cubboard to keep your belongnings in. AC was too cold and without thermostat to adjust the room temperature. No proper lighting in the rooms. Is at about 20 minutes walk from Haram.

  It's kind of quite and not so far from Haram, about 10m walking. Room is fine and it's different between each rooms you might have good room or bad test your luck. I did change the room because it's was bad. The service are so lazy to help you. If you have allergy bring you towels and Mattresses with you ( that's what I did ).

  Starting with staff courtesy . Score 0
  Very rude and no professional attitude.
  Didn't offer any help for carrying in and out the luggage from hotel to car. I asked them twice and waited for half an hour. They didn't show up. And when I asked them again. I got a reply that we are busy.
  No proper place for car parking. I parked my car in an empty lot and some place threw dirt on my car trunk.
  They wrote wifi service in hotel. Not true.
  They were offering shuttle service from hotel to masjid five times a day for every prayer. Not true. No such service.
  The bedrooms aren't clean and has a strange smell. No shampoo, soap or towel in the room.
  Air conditioning was pathetic. I can't rate this hotel as cheap as it can be. My advice please don't waste your money and time. You will bring back bad memories.
