Nice and huge office building. New and modern. Many offices are available including thyssenkrupp Jeddah office. Ground floor has showrooms at the front side of the building looking Al Madinah Al Munawwara road. But now (Nov 2017) all showrooms are empty. Office entrance is at the backside. Security is available at the reception at all the time whenever the building is open. At the first floor there is a big prayer hall. Also there is a nice a Gym, English learning center. All floors have restrooms.
