I visited a lot here, worst service. Doctors are not good . Phillipini nurses are very bad , they not talk properly with their customer. Very slow service. Waiting for long time , disgusting. Waist of money . Service need to be fast . Need more staff here.

The worst customer service for appointment. You have to wait for long time and they are not professional at all .

Facility is good but they charge customer 20% of their service rate when you use your tawuniya card which is more exxpensive compare to other clinics.

فيه مشكلة في حجز المواعيد لجلسات الرتوش
أدى الى سوء النتائج في نهاية المطاف
وتكلمت مع ممثل للادارة ولا تغير شيء -

دكتورة هبة مجدي شاطرة بس في فيلر الشفايف فقط لا غير اي شي ثاني ابعدوا عنها . ومستهترة بجدول المواعيد احرجت المنسقة تبعها دوامها يبدأ عشرة الصباح ولا تجي الا الساعة ١١ بكذا يصير فيه ضغط وهذا يوهم الزباين بانه عليها زحمة
