I was suffering from severe pain before visiting Elite Hospital.
Thankfully, After series of consultations, My attended physician Dr. Moataz Abushabh from OBgyne Department successfully conducted my laproscopy surgery.
Thank you so much Dr. Moataz and his Filipina Nurse. For taking care of me and all of your patients.
I can't contain my gratitude about the amazing experience I had with Dr. Moataz during my Laparoscopy Myomectomy! His expertise and dedication were evident from the very start, making my operation a complete success. He handled everything with such calmness and professionalism, even navigating the maze of insurance requests with ease. From the moment I stepped into the hospital until the day I left, Dr. Moataz was there every step of the way, never giving up on me. I'm incredibly grateful for his care and support—he truly is a remarkable doctor! 🎉
Good manners and right conduct must be observe by the Sudanese receptionists at the clinic ( first floor ). They must be polite at all times regardless if it's cash or insurance and the nationality of the client.
That's why 1 star was deducted. Otherwise, the doctor's and nurses are doing their job very well.
Hi, I gave birth four months ago with Dr. Sherine Shobki, who is seriously one of the best doctors ever. She's calm, kind, and really smart—never scares you about things that might happen and doesn’t rush into decisions.
On the day of delivery, Dr. Amani in the emergency room took great care of me. I’ll never forget how wonderful and skilled she was.
A huge thank you to the anesthesia team for their amazing work. Dr. Iman from Egypt was fantastic—I didn’t feel the epidural at all. She had another doctor with her, who I think was either Saudi or Sudanese, and I really appreciated her kindness.
I also want to give a shout-out to Afrah, the coordinator, for her great treatment of everyone. It’s rare to meet such fantastic people. Politeness is definitely a blessing.
The nurses in the delivery department were awesome, and then some. There was a nurse who I think was from Morocco—super sweet and caring—and the rest of the nurses were great too.
The post-delivery room was big, comfy, and really nice. I’d definitely go through the experience again with the same team. Thanks a lot!
Very good hospital and good hospitality. Reasonable price average prices from low to medium.
The hospital is clean and arrange. Most of the staff are good and kind. The nurses are beautiful inside and outside.
I stay ICU for 3 days. In general is good.
Thanks a lot and keep upgrading.
good morning to all the staff of this hospital, i want to complain one of the doctor Dra.abeer because of his lack of discipline, me and my friends have made it a habit here to go to the elite hospital when We are sick because of the staff, they are kind, helpful and very attentive nurses, but at this point I just saw a doctor who has no respect and doesn't care about the patient, I went to the elite around 12:00am because I just came from work ,At the gate, I met a Filipino woman who asked if I was a patient, I said yes, and I asked if I could do CVC here at this time, she said why are you only doing CVC and I said" because I want to do a plasma procedure but in another clinic, my dermatologist told me before she started the procedure i need to make cvc first".and she ask herself went straight to the reception and asked if it was possible and the reception was kind and he told me please update your insurance upstairs and then come back here when it's okay, after all I updated the insurance and went back to the reception, the reception said sit down first after the nurse is free, then you can go for the cvc and then I asked if I'll have to pay anything and the two Filipinos said I need an invoice first before I can do the cvc when we were about to go inside emergency room because I had already paid, someone suddenly came in an emergency that needed more help so I sat in the waiting area again so that if they were available then I would go and do the procedure, after 5minutes a nurse of Indian nationality came to me and asked if I was a patient, I said yes and I gave the receipt and it said cvc on the receipt so they took my blood, when he procedure finished I asked how many minutes it would take to get the result because it was late at night, would it be easy or would it take me a while because I would come back tomorrow if it would take a few hours The nurse said after 30 minutes, I was going out and came back after 30 minutes and I asked the nurses again if the result was out and the nurse said I should wait and she checked I waited for maybe 10 minutes and she said it would be given by doctora abeer I'm still waiting but they haven't given it yet because I heard the doctor screaming because she's looking for one of her nurses, and she's asking who assisted me why I have a cvc and she's very angry and I asked if there was anything problem or what happened? Why are they fighting and yelling right in the emergency area and no one answering me, and she also entered the manager's room because she was looking for someone and was very angry. I don't understand what is happening to her and I am trying to ask what It's happening because I'm not used to these kinds of scenes because I just came from the hospital last month because I lost my baby right inside my stomach so I don't feel good right now im still recovering it's not good in front of the patient especially in the emergency when they will argue and yells at her nurses because she still asking why did I have a cvc and that's embarrassing for me because I paid and I used insurance why did she questioning about this she can talk to her nurses gently not front of the patient because all the people who go to the hospital are getting treatment and have a health problem how can this doctor be placed in an emergency?its too dangerous to the patient because she cannot control her self and more worst is lack of respect for everyone she cannot work without her nurses, the nurses was so good everyone in elite i meet before was so good only this doctor i was shock about her
