I was in room 133 for an acute appendicitis removal with Dr.Ali alhenizi who was more than exceptional! An amazing attitude and spirit and extremely professional. I can’t thank him enough or the nurse staff and patient relations for their constant check up and care.

    الحمدلله على الصحة والعافيه

I visited the hospital today for a colonoscopy, and I have to say that the care I received from Nurse Ronnie was exceptional. She was incredibly gentle throughout the entire process and took the time to explain everything, which really helped calm my nerves. Her professionalism and kindness made a potentially stressful experience so much more comfortable. I am truly grateful for her care and support. Thank you, Ronnie, for making my visit a positive one!"

My experience was truly outstanding. From the moment I arrived, the care and attention I received were beyond expectations. The medical staff, nursing team, and newborn nursery were all incredibly professional and compassionate, ensuring that my baby and I were well cared for at all times.

The Patient Relations team also played a significant role in making my stay comfortable. They visited me regularly to ensure the quality of the service provided, always with a smile and a willingness to help. They were quick to resolve any issues that arose, doing so with great professionalism and efficiency.

We had the worst experience at the ER. We waited for more than four hours (6:18 am- 10:45 am). They didn’t give us the blanket until we asked two hours later and they had no water bottles in the ER. After telling for some time they gave us water bottles. The miscommunication between the ER and the Orthopedic Clinic has really made this day awful. We were only seen by a doctor in the first 20 mins of our arrival. Then everyone just ignored us for two hours even though we went several times to the ER reception. It is as if we came here to be treated for free lol. We also got a drip way late because apparently the nurse (she was great) did not receive the order to give the drip. Can you imagine? After 3 hours of waiting at the ER and two hours after our X-ray they ordered a CT scan which was very surprising that they didn’t order a CT scan right away. We paid for every treatment we took and we lost trust in them. There is zero respect for patients. They do not care about the patient’s wellbeing. Their only concern was for us to pay for every little thing stage by stage (constantly running from reception to reception and person to person). We got seen by the ER doctor finally after we complained to the ER manager around 9 am. I don’t know what does a patient do if he/she ends up alone at the ER. You definitely need someone to speak up for the patient and fetch the doctor. Dr Stevano has apologized multiple times but it was not his fault. He was in the middle of all chaos between all the parties involved. I seriously blame the ER department for all the miscommunication especially the second doctor in ER who did not even come to see us when she started her shift. Poor management and lack of communication.

The worst hospital ever! I took my wife to the emergency unit and the woman at the emergency door asked me to push the wheelchair because she was alone and then she asked me to go to the reception where there was only one guy serving all the emergency patients! Then the tests take 2 hours because the lab guy forgets to ask the emergency unit for something in the system! Then you see the bed it has blood stains on it from some other patient. Not to mention the struggle with the file and the insurance which happens with me every time i visit Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib no matter which branch I go to. May Allah cure all the patients because if you visit a hospital like this only Allah can help you.

Most of the staffs are helpful. The waiting time in emergency center is endurable, at least better than Shenzhen🙃. However, parking is a big issue here.
All in all, an apple a day cannot keep doctors away.

Services very good. Everything go by very good system, place is clean but not the toilets, they need big attention, water all over the place, you don’t want to use it but you have to. The cleaners must clean after people and make sure the floors are dry. And the building was very very hot, we were sweating at the waiting area.

The worst hospital ever and no organization at all from the management of the hospital they don't give you any valid information and they are not supportive and anyone you talked to him he just tell you that's is what we have and nothing to do.
My insurance level is private suite and I have all the approvals for it and they put me in the worst room ever I asked to change it to better one they also refused and said we don't have another room and when I went to the hospital management they informed me these are the available rooms and suites for the maternity I asked to put me in another place and they refused also
We are here only because of Dr Zarqaa she is a perfect person and 100 starts for her and her only

Good hospital with trained specialists. Much better than all the others in Riyadh.
One small advice... they should train their reception staff to develop customer oriented behavior as they are very rude and not friendly at all...

Two weeks ago was my first visit to the whole group of Sulaiman Alhabib hospitals! I visited the clinic two hours prior to my appointment thinking that it is an on-time organization that keeps its promises with the patient, however, it was shameful! I kept waiting for the doctor to come in where the doctor was late! Can you imagine a doctor comes in late to take the on-time patient an hour after his own appointment! It took me 3 hours to see the doctor where I was the #1 on the list! it cost me 350 Riyals and 3 hours of pain to see a doctor for 3 mins!!!! Don't go there unprofessional. Please don't think that I did not complain! Because I did and escalated the matter to the highest person in the customer relations department, with no hope and resolution!! Nothing !! To all professional people who are seeking a caring service, please don't attempt coming to the unworthy organization that does not care about your PAIN and HEALTH, but your hard earned money, don't tell me insurance covers it, because that is still a hard-earned one too!!!! GD LUCK to your careless business doctor!

Update: the group's customer service opened up a case for me two days after my review here. And it was closed the next day, with not a single effort in resolving the matter! Useless Company!

I am glad I received this survey because I wanted to tell someone about the excellent care I received. Your staff is amazing and they were so attentive to all of my needs. I am extremely impressed with the level of care I received and the kindness and compassion of your staff. Thank you.

Every nurse that took care of me during my stay was amazing. Each and everyone was kind and compassionate. I always knew what to expect and what was happening to me. All of my questions were answered and the nurses responded to the bell immediately.

Should be an excellent rating for each. Very impressed with everything. All procedures done in an organized and skillful manner.
This was a wonderful experience. Everyone was cheerful and very professional. Very good at putting me at ease.
The entire staff was awesome. If need be, would absolutely return there for any procedure. Everyone was very professional & very knowledgeable. Made all of us feel great. Keep up the excellent work!!
Every nurse was fantastic & there to help me within a minute of my request. I've never experienced such care & alert while being hospitalized.

One of the best hospitals in Riyadh, and definitely the best Alhabib Medical Group branch ever.

Has nice facilities, good location, spacious parking area and best of the best doctors that HMG has to offer.

This branch has the best doctors in gastric sleeve surgery; Dr. Omar Al Obaid❤️❤️ and Dr. Awed Al Qahtani (the cousin of the first ever obesity specialist in Saudi Arabia, Prof. Aied Al Qahtani and the owner of New You a clinic for rehabilitation of obesity patients).

Good hospital in general but they have some disadvantages ,
First, the reception is not strong as it must be
Second they don't have a standard in some issues specially the pediatric department where sometimes you pay and sometimes don't pay with the same person.
In general good hospital I always go there.

The hospital in general and the drs are good... But they have bad staff (those who take you to the drs), they are not flexible and they don't know how to deal with the crowd. Also some of the staff doesn't even know the procedures to take you to the drs... You may endup waiting without even know why you're waiting.

5 stars for The Hospital but 1 star for the pharmacy, so average is 3.

Hospital is not doubt one of the best private service in Riyadh but their pharmacy has always issues specially with Insurance Approvals.

One of my worst experience among all hospitals! It should be one of the best, but it's not at all!! Very bad staff in there specially the nurses!! They suck! Patients should go through severe pain for more than an hour to get her any analgesic such as Panadol because they always forget to put the prescription in to the system!!! If you love your family/friends, get them to a herbal therapist is way better than getting into this Hospital.

They have a good health care system. But, the thing they let you wait for long without any clear reason. I visited my uncle at CCU and the doctor's decided to do an open heart surgery. We signed for the operation on the day after at 7am. At the time of surgery suddenly, the doctor received a message from the management to delay the surgery due to financial problems!! Although, we had done everything before the patient joined the hospital.

Chaotic processes indeed! The phone keeps ringing and no one answers. This is just the first step to book an appointment and enquire about prices. The staff couldn't speak proper English to understand what I wanted. Before I reached the person who could comprehend my requirements; I was transferred to many extensions several times.
